The trial felt rushed due to multiple competing appointments; the final hairstyle did not match my inspiration photos - the braiding felt underwhelming given how expensive the service was, and my curls fell completely right after I left. Because of these issues, I decided not to move forward with the salon for my wedding day and requested that my deposit be returned. I wished I could have resolved this directly with the salon, but they have completely ignored my multiple follow-up emails requesting the return of my refundable deposit. Be very careful sending any money to this business in advance, especially without a signed contract.
