The issue: The insurance company's assessment of damages didn't align with what I had seen first-hand. For context, we had two VERY LARGE trees fall on our home during hurricane Irma. I personally (with the help of friends and family) cut down and removed the debris from the trees. The roof damage was very clearly substantial. This leads me to believe that their adjuster never even went on the roof, even after being told that's where the bulk of the damage was. The solution: Reach out to a third party adjuster to obtain a second opinion. After some research and calling around, we landed on All Pro Claims Adjuster as Gio and team were more than happy to talk with us and answer our questions as thoroughly as possible. The verdict: We were able to perform a full repair/replacement of our roof even after the insurance company's own adjuster denied (more like didn't even bother to properly check) there was any damage. The insurance's adjuster basically told us there are minimal damages and advised us against filing a claim as the amount we'd receive wouldn't even cover the damages. TLDR; Don't take the insurance company's word. They will try to save money wherever possible, even if there's legitimate damages for a proper claim. Save yourself the time and headache and contact All Pro Claims directly from the start. I have no doubt they will be able to help you out! Great communication from Gio and his team. It seems a business can ask Google to take down a review they don't like. I attempted to post again but oddly enough Google did not accept the address for All Central Public Adjusters in Kendall and so it can't be reviewed. But I have no problem writing it again on Yelp. I do not recommend this business. It was difficult reaching Mr. Jose Sanchez after the contract was signed, at best we had to deal with his secretary. Mr. Sanchez failed to show up at our home for the scheduled meeting with the insurance representatives, their attorneys and contractors. I immediately phoned Mr. Sanchez who said he wasn't aware of any meeting even though it had been confirmed in an email and by phone. He did not offer an apology or any guidance. So my husband and I were left to fend for ourselves while this group of people walked through our home asking questions and taking photos and "snaking" our bathroom. It was an uncomfortable and stressful situation where Mr. Sanchez should have been available to represent our interests and offer support which is what we were paying him to do. Nor did he bother to followup with us after the fact. But he did ensure he received his 20% commission. Shame on you Mr. Sanchez.
