Unfortunately, due to their failure to properly file and submit the required report and documentation, my claim was severely compromised and ultimately unsuccessful. This was not a minor error. The improper handling of the claim directly prevented me from receiving the insurance benefits I was entitled to, causing significant financial and emotional stress that could have been avoided with competent and professional service. I ultimately had to intervene by hiring a third company to conduct a proper inspection and prepare a professional report for submission to the insurance company. As explained by the insurance representative during mediation, it was only because of this third-party report that I was able to recover anything at all. I relied on this public adjuster's expertise, but that trust was misplaced. Despite the many positive reviews they have, I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services proceed with caution.
