Amanda and Ravin were absolutely wonderful in providing the Total Package...from budget management, coordinating the vendors, floral arrangements, day of services -especially with keeping the timeline of events (toasts, special dances, cake cutting, etc), and rehearsal to clean-up. Their service was phenomenal! As with all events whenever there is more than 1 person involved, there can be miscommunication/ misunderstandings, my daughter's wedding was no exception. But what was most impressive was the ease of communication to correct, adjust and move on without damage to the rapport and comradery of the relationship. The genuine joy for my daughter and my son-in-love's wedding remained intact. This is true professionalism. Another worthy note was the compassion extended when an unforeseen situation occurred. While being able to pivot, is a necessary skill to have in the event planning industry, doing so with grace and compassion is a gift that cannot be taught. Ravin Wolf contacted me and urged me to reconsider my original assessment of her work, and I will. We hired Wolf Weddings as our day-of coordinator. Later, we added their floral and linen services out of convenience. When it comes to their floral and linen services, I acknowledge that they deserve a 4 star rating. The floral arrangements were beautiful, and I would absolutely recommend their Hendrix Arch for the ceremony. We continue to get comments on how nicely it added to the entire set-up. I'll admit I would have liked to have had someone handling the floral who would have provided me feedback regarding the floral selections so that we would have better understood that our boutonnieres wouldn't stand up to the heat and that the peonies, which we had emphasized were so important to us, would potentially not be available. To me, that type of feedback is the difference between a 5-star and a 4-star rating. (There's not a lot you can say about linens. They were set up as expected.) When it comes to the day-of coordination activities, I stand by my statement that attention was not paid to the discussions we had, the decisions that were made, our e-mail exchanges, etc. While I do not want to go into a laundry list of my concerns, I will provide one to explain my thoughts. At the rehearsal, it became very clear that Wolf Weddings had not reviewed the ceremony script and prepared accordingly. Throughout the rehearsal, I had to point out the order of the activities, I had to explain the processional, I had to point out that they were playing the wrong music, etc. All of these details were provided, in writing, in advance. I do not think it was inappropriate for me to expect that our day-of coordinator would prepare for our ceremony accordingly. So yes, Wolf Weddings did a very nice job with the florals and linens, and I would feel comfortable recommending them for those services. But I would not feel comfortable recommending them for day-of coordination based on everything I had read a day-of coordinator should handle. Thus, my revised rating of 3 stars. read more

They were thoughtful in everything they did, they ran the show smoothly and effortlessly, and they thought of EVERYTHING even down to bringing us a drink straight from the ceremony recessional so that we could unwind and take it all in! We had booked Wolf Weddings a year in advance, and so happy that we did. I was initially on the fence about using a coordinator, because we were celebrating our wedding in my small town, and figured I could do a lot on my own. Before we had our initial consultation with Ravin, and Ryan we had done some research at other wedding planning business, but didn't like the structure of the other companies. I wanted to make sure that we weren't having just 'another wedding.' Immediately after our first meet we felt super comfortable with Ryan, and Ravin. Right away you can see that the two of them have strong work ethics, and make each one of their couples feel incredibly welcome. Since I had already gathered much of my vendors on my own we booked Wolf Weddings for the 'Day of Package' our floral, linens, and cake. (the cake was DELICIOUS, but they are no longer promoting this service). We also ended up using Look Entertainment for the up lighting around the venue space. Fast forward to the month of our wedding--Ravin took full control of everything! I never could have found the time or energy on my own to contact each one of my vendors, and set up the timeline as she did. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire year of planning. I was completely indecisive and she could take charge, and guide me to making the best decision. The day of our wedding was a complete whirl wind! Ravin was my POC throughout the process of the coordination; and her and I had strategically laid out every detail on the timeline to eliminate any hiccups throughout the day. From the rehearsal to the actual wedding she shed blood, sweat, and tears (literally) to ensure that everything was exactly how we had envisioned. Ravin, and her team handled each situation with professionalism, and made sure that any unexpected hiccups were not visible to our guests. High notes: Flowers were absolutely beautiful. Way more beautiful than I was expecting, to be honest. Loved the way the centerpieces came out. Ravin answered every question and emailed me back and forth several times, even putting up with me changing what I wanted after I made my final payment. Very nice and helpful before hand. I knew for the price of these guys was unbeatable which is why I was so surprised that everything came out as beautiful as it did too. Low notes: -Ravin, in person, doesn't really come off as very open or nice. Email she's great, though. -The day of the wedding, when Ravin and her husband came to set up, she informed me that I was going to need to find someone to light all the candles she was setting up and also someone to put the flower pedals down the aisle before the ceremony started. (Which is understandable because they did come very early to set up so they were ready to leave way before the ceremony was starting.) I just feel like that was information that very easily could have been told to me before the day of the wedding, so that we could have assigned these jobs to friends of family members. -Worst part was that my mom and sister were LIVID when they arrived & checked out the setup in the venue & found that they had to sweep up after the flower people. Stressed out mom upon wedding arrival is bad! The DJ told my mom and sister also that when he arrived he had mop up a puddle the flower people had left. read more

Ravin and Ryan were on point the day of our wedding! From the moment I signed our contract, Ravin was available and responsive to all my questions and concerns. By far the absolute best and most important vendor we booked was Wolf Weddings. I can't even begin to explain how amazing this team is! Ravin was excellent at responding to emails and communicating with us throughout the planning process! Whitney was our day of coordinator and she truly is Wonder Woman! She kept in constant contact for the last few weeks leading up the wedding as was always available to answer any of our last minute questions. Wolf Weddings made our wedding the most perfect evening that was beyond our wildest dreams. Ravin, Ryan, Whitney, and Alejandra are the absolute best at what they do. We used services for floral & décor, rentals (tables, chairs, linens, ect.), cake, and day-of-coordination. Every step of the way they were extremely flexible with our budget, patient with my indecisiveness and contestant changes, and an irreplaceable asset when helping to make decisions and form our "vision". The floral and décor were the most beautiful arrangements I have EVER seen. Ravin and Ryan took my ideas and examples, but after applying their expertise and creative spin (with my blessing of course) they created a complete fairytale. My mom literally cried when she saw the reception space - it was that breathtaking. The cake flavors are completely incredible, and I recommend you allow them to suggest pairings. One of the suggestions (chocolate cake with almond crème icing and fresh sliced strawberries) is still being talked about weeks later! My husband's Grooms Cake was complete perfection and so his personality. The day-of-coordination is so much more than the name it suggests. Whitney took over for me SIX WEEKS from my wedding date. Her attention to detail is like nothing I have ever seen. She is simply invaluable if you want to have a stress-free month and a half leading into your wedding. She became more like a friend to me - she laughed with me, was my sounding board when frustrated about silly things like late RSVPs, and even used her extensive experience to help me make a few last minute decisions along the way. My wife and I hired Ravin and her husband/partner Ryan to be our day of coordinator. Speaking primarily from the Groom's perspective, they did a phenomenal job of reducing stress on the day of and during the event. They made sure everything had a great flow and gave us a heads up before all of the events (like cake cutting, garter, etc) so we knew how much time we had and didn't have to worry about them at all. We were able to focus much more on enjoying everything knowing that they were both there to focus on the logistics and timing, and would let us know when and where we needed to be. Ryan was also extremely helpful for me personally before the ceremony and catered to some of my family members as well - things as simple as fetching water, holding phones, etc, really go a long way when you are in the crunch time of the day.
