What a nice campground...locate about 5 minutes off of 70 with plenty of signs so not to get lost. this is the second time we have been here. First time was three years ago ....there are new owners, a nice young couple who just took over Wolfies. There are upgrades already... the sites have concrete patios, are spacious and seems like they have new gravel, grass is kept well. Very attractive and clean Bathrooms are spotless. I would definitely return. read more

Great little park just a few miles off the interstate! We have a 42' fifth wheel and had no issues accessing park. This park is very clean, very well manicured and very quiet. Good Sam's park, nicely priced. It's a park like setting and although sites are close, it feels private. Laundry rooms are very clean and nicely priced. Office staff is pleasant. Would definitely stay here again! read more

Great campground right off I-70.. very clean and easy to maneuver sites,,, great little deck for our site, owner was very accommodating and gave us great directions to get into park,,, being we were large rig towing.. very serene and peaceful place... only stayed 1 night, passing through... would definitely stay there again read more

It's 2 miles off of 70 but they are somewhat narrow hilly winding roads so not ideal for our 45 foot towing. We really didn't use much of facilities but did see a very nice playground for kids. The spots are gravel and we had a tough time getting level. read more

I have a very mixed review. The place is beautiful and the bathrooms are the best we've experienced: The showers are spacious, have plenty of grab bars for us older folks, Easily used hot and cold handles and a floor with indoor outdoor carpet for safety. However very few of the pull through sites are level and at least three of us had considerable trouble getting our motorhomes level enough for our slide outs. And the road coming into this place is a nightmare... If we were to pass someone coming in while we were going out, there would be no hope for both of us staying on the road and no space to pull off onto the side because the road is extremely narrow. Some of the best facilities combined with some of the worst. Good Sam needs to modify their rating for this place. read more

The facility is clean and good for an older couple if you have more than 2 people or having people that might visit during your stay, I suggest you go elsewhere. Don't have your tire even an inch on the grass. Definitely don't play music unless it's in an earbud. The owner will follow you around in his golf cart watching you like a hawk then threatens to throw you out over every small thing. Horrible place!!! We camp all summer long every summer and have never had one problem in our over 20 yrs of camping until we spent one visit here which will definitely be our last. read more

Outstanding in every way!!!! Hospitable to us 50 yr olds who were just traveling thru. Called a couple hours out on Sunday night, everything was all set when we got there in the pouring ran, lightening, etc. Easy easy set up and beautiful showers that we used the next morning. read more

Quick stop for a night headed home to ny from Florida. Very nice campground very friendly owners well kept grounds, kids play area was nice, rv neighbors friendly very reasonably priced, bathrooms where very nice overall I will be back if ever in the area maybe next time a longer stay !!! First off... Lovely friendly fellow in the the office. My wife and I only stayed for one night while on a cross country marathon so it's on those grounds we make the review. I'll begin by noting that this campground looks well suited towards families with children. They have a really cool playground area complete with wooden ship. They have a games room with a brand new pool table. Basketball area. They even have a small pool... Some might wince and think that this is all beginning to sound like some cheap holiday park. Well in this case, Wolfies keeps it all on a scale small and subdued enough to give the place a nice friendly family atmosphere, rather than other a crowded hell hole where everything is a mess and packs of children are left to run amuck. Like most campgrounds these days, Wolfies has it's fair share of RVs but does well to keep a nice little area for us tenting folk that borders a woodland, seemingly teaming with wild life. Rabbits roam around and a couple of young deer poked their heads from the tree line to have a nose around. Everything here is well looked after and maintained to a high standard including, most importantly for us, the rest rooms and showers. May not suit people looking for the true "camping" experience, but what it does, it does very well. Oh... And it was one the cheapest we stayed at during our trip. TLDR: $25 for tenting with electric and wifi on well maintained grass pitch bordering woodland with EXCELLENT facilities. Well maintained family friendly campground. Suited us perfectly for a one night stop. read more

Stay away from this campground! The female manager is loud, rude, abhorrent, obnoxious, and disrespectful We were screamed at, flagged down, and told to leave for riding our motorcycle less than 3 mph over the limit; which was the slowest we could ride because of the loose gravel roadway. She rode after us in her golf cart and continued to berate us...she threatened to call the police when we attempted to "get a word in edgewise". Definitely not the way two Veterans with over 46 years combined service would've expected to be treated. We were forced to pack our stuff and leave after a long day of riding, with no regard for the fact we're both disabled! read more

We've stayed here a few times. its a good campground, friendly campers and staff. Lots of things to do. a few arcade games, corn hole, basketball, salt water pool has Wi-Fi that pretty good. No cable. Really reasonable rates! Accessible to huge bike/walking trail down the hill at Riverside Park. I think all the spots are good, decently spaced. Well stay here again when we need too. read more
