Concert venue review. 2021 Went out twice this year. BYOB! Seriously. Bring in a cooler if you want. I had no idea what to expect. Gravel driveway past a booth that had our name on the list. Small parking area for visiting fans. Most parking is at each individual camp site. These are some elaborate exterior structures covering a camper or trailer(see pic). Residents sitting on decks, chairs, swings and golf carts everywhere. Make your way to the office for passes to your reserved area. The venue was a lawn bowl where golf carts, blankets and lawn chairs were scattered(see pic). A large well equipped stage with professional light rigging and sound system stood out. The floor area was surprisingly concrete with 8 top round tables and chairs(see pic). The sides were now built out in tiered decking with more tables and chairs(see pic). Ticket prices were very inexpensive for the quality of acts they book. I reserved a table with 8 wristbands for a whole $25. That's it! Wristbands give you full access from your table to the floor in front of the stage and any of the reserved table areas. Food trucks were on hand(see pics). I also saw a swimming pool(see pic) and heard there were 3 other water features(lakes/ponds). I can't get over the quality of sound system and light show. Bands should be eager to play here. Tour buses and semi's fit with ease. Looking forward to next years shows.

How do I make reservations? The phone number doesn't work and no reply from the website.

But probably the most important is the camp management. And this is where NRC really shines. The daughter/father team that recently purchased the campground have made it an absolute pleasure to stay here. They work tirelessly to improve the campground and are committed to providing a safe, fun, family friendly camping experience. The campground is conveniently located just east of Zanesville, Ohio - just minutes off of I70. It is just off the "National Road", minutes from Zanesville, "Pottery Capital of the World," and the Wilds animal adventure park. Columbus, home of The Ohio State Buckeyes is just an hour away. The campground features rolling hills, two stocked ponds and plenty of shade trees in a true park-like setting. Sites accommodate all types of camping from motor coach to tent. There are also several cabins of various sizes available. Amenities include: camp store, coin laundry, play grounds, corn hole, volleyball court, fishing ponds, sun deck, dump stations and recreation room. The owners also have special events on a regular basis, such as live bands, DJs, and stand up comedians. The park gets full on weekends, but is pretty quiet during the week. Overall it has a very quiet, safe, comfortable, family friendly vibe. Sites are available by day, week or month and seasonal sites are also available (the park does close for the winter season.) There is no cable or park wide WiFi, but free WiFi is available at the camp office/store. We had decent Verizon and Sprint mobile coverage. Local NBC is available if you have an HD antenna. We stayed for 2 months and were very sad when it was time for us to move on. We would definitely stay again if in the area, and highly recommend you check it out!
