We cannot establish a relationship without receiving the help. This is a missed opportunity for Durkie to receive a long standing business relationship. Maybe this company is busy enough to turn away work. We understand that a possible maintenance service from this company would establish a customer base but they just lost any future business. Also, if we were customers we were quoted $425 just to dispatch an emergency call. This seems excessive, but we were willing to pay it. The service tech did offer to come out tomorrow (Monday). How would tomorrow make us a customer? Unfortunately, there is just not an interest in working.

The product was a powered awning, 20 feet in length and had to be lifted four floors by crane. Installation had some snags that were not the fault of AWS, but a result of odd construction at our townhome. Terry worked hard to create a one of a kind workaround that looked better than our original plans. Terry worked to train us and provide quick responses when we had follow up questions. The product is amazing and has a huge warranty and is extremely well-built. I would highly recommend AWS!
