When you enter, you're always greeted by the friendly woman who owns the store. A lot of the beer is refrigerated, which is always great. If I ask for nippers, they always ask if I'd like them cold. They go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I want before I leave- even if it means digging around for something that hasn't yet been stocked.
