The problem was the single gate was not level and hangs at an angle. I will admit I did not notice this until the company had been paid in full and left the premises. I notified the fence company once I noticed the fence and sent them a picture of the single gate and asked them to please straighten it or we will discuss getting it replaced if that is what needs to be done. I have too small dogs I felt could get through the opening. I heard back from the fence company and they were very nice. They said they wanted me to be happy and would go over a solution to straighten the gate and would call me and we could discuss it. They never called me to discuss anything and It is clear they feel they are finished with the job. The mistake we made was paying in full for the job. If we had held back some money I am sure they would have come back to straighten the fence. So what we have learned from this experience is pay a deposit and give the balance at the end. We have learned our lesson.

After getting several quotes from various fence companies, I decided to go with Bravo based on…read moreseveral reviews as well cost. I first met with Domoniq who was friendly and efficient in gathering measurements and understanding what my needs were. After receiving the initial quote I had additional questions, and he quickly answered and then updated the quote. Once I decided to use Bravo, I put an initial down payment to start. Within a week, Lowes had dropped off all the needed supplies, then Jose (Crew Chief) and company(3 guys and 2 gals) arrived around 9A to start building. Jose did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was located correctly with gates and final placement. Once confirmed, his crew went to work. As he stated they typically do a fence a day, they all knew their place and position and started. They were friendly and incredibly hard working. While one or two guys did demo work with the old fence pieces, others brought lumber and posts where they needed to go. The women were no slouches either as I watched them carry 80 lb bags of quickcrete like they were nothing! The crew worked the rest of the day and finally finished around 5P. Jose and I did final walkthroughs and I decided to keep the rest of the leftover materials to use if needed. I would give them an A+ 5 / 5 rating. Great work and great price!

This by far has to be the worse fence company ever. They destroyed my water lines, fence door fell off the hinges within a month and calls to rectify the issues goes unanswered after months. This was the worst investment I made to my home going with these guys. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars in water overage bills and new water line installation. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This caused me to suspect he is not accustomed to working with people of color, but in the spirit of experiencing a teachable moment, if someone agrees to pay you over $200 above your typical fee to get you to travel outside of your normal geographic range of services to draw up a plan for a renewed front yard, it is probably safe to assume they understand the concept of a HOA and can afford to buy the desired plants and hire landscapers.
