I hired this company for a roof replacement at my home, with the understanding that the job would be completed in one weekend. Work began in early December. As of late February, the project remains incomplete despite the fact that I paid $10,000 in full. For over two months I have repeatedly been told crews would be returning "in the next few days," yet no one shows up. Communication has been extremely inconsistent -- calls, texts, and voicemails often go unanswered. When I do receive a response, I am given another date that is not honored. In addition to leaving the roof unfinished, my property has been left with damage and debris, including trailer ruts in the yard, a crushed gutter from ladder placement, nails and screws throughout the yard, and sheets of roofing metal left on the property. At this point I am still waiting for the work to be completed or for a resolution to the damage and incomplete project. Attached is photos of incomplete work, nails and screws all over my yard, ruts from a trailer they didn't have permission to park in my yard, and messages of them promising work would be completed and not showing up. Or just not answering messages.
