We called Womack's on Wednesday (before the busy 4th of July weekend). Not only did they return our call right away, we were told they could be here within 15 minutes, and much to our our surprise, they were!! They resolved our problem within 20 minutes, checked everything else on our unit out, and did not charge an unreasonable amount of money for the fix. We called Robert, on the advice of one of his employees, for a third opinion regarding a dead A/C system. He met me at the house after working hours, checked our system and tried to repair it. Finding no repair, he quoted a replacement the same evening. The quote was $2000 less than both of the previous estimates. We settled on a the price around 7:00pm and the new system was installed and running by 3:30pm the very next day! Now mamma's happy...and the rest of the family, too. I moved up to Kingsland from San Antonio just over a year ago. The ONE thing that I've noticed the most since moving - is that it's VERY difficult to find a good, solid, company that provides excellent service. In a big city, there's competition that weeds out bad service providers. It's not like that in a small town. WOMACK, beyond doubt; is heads and tails one of the best service experiences I've had since moving up here. WOMACK would give ANY company in ANY big city a run for their money. They respond quickly, their service is professional and priced reasonably. I needed a new fan motor installed in my HVAC unit. Robert gave me an estimate and set a time to come the next day. However, Robert showed up the day I called instead! He had gotten an opening and came out early to help me out. He looked at the part and the weird wiring that was in the unit from before.
