He has a hard time napping from time to time and she always communicated how his day went at PH. He had an ouchie once, and she talked me through what happened and also provided a solution to ensure it doesn't happen again (it was VERY minor). I ALWAYS felt safe dropping our little one to her care. He loves her cooking and always gives lots of hugs. I wish I could clone her and the team and move with us, lol. We have pretty bad PTSD from the previous pre-school and Kailan gave us a sense of security in knowing they actually care and keep all children safe while having a ton of fun.

When searching for a daycare, I was a first-time mom entrusting my child with a stranger and it was no easy feat. I interviewed a few places and Miss Yan checked all the boxes. Meals are included, they were trilingual, local, and most importantly, there was a lot of warmth from the caretakers. My son has learned a lot since being here. We also get tons of cute crafts coming home. In addition, there are some fun activities scheduled for the kids such as firetruck visits, bunny feeding during Easter, and once there was a mixer for the parents.
