They are professional, caring, with very knowledgeable ultrasound techs who amaze me with their skill and knowledge when it comes to finding the baby and understanding what theyre looking at. My 20 weeks anatomy scan was so easy and very interesting to watch. My tech answered all my questions and pointed out my baby's organ, explaining everything with ease and finding every organ with precision. She listened to any concerns I had carefully as well as made sure I was comfortable. This place is always clean, smells good, is at a great location for convenient accessibility. I recommend going here for all your ultrasound needs. They send all documentation out to the doctor you choose, quickly as well. I paid for the package, and I walk away with several pictures And videos as well as a photo drive they provide so i can add all images and videos they save during the ultrasound. That means i can see my baby anytime, all i have to do is plug it into my computer or pull up the app on my phone and theres my lil wiggle-butt baby Right in front of me again. Go see your baby here! I'm currently pregnant with my first baby & wanted to get 3D/4D scans of my girl! I got to bring a guest, but could have brought more if I wanted, & the quality of my images were great!! My experience was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. The staff was SO sweet and SO caring. My daughter needed to move around a bit so we could get better images of her face, & they offered candy and a soft drink in hopes that would get her moving (I have a mega sweet tooth so I was thrilled) & then gave it time for her to move. I never felt rushed or as if I was an inconvenience because my baby was being stubborn!! The ladies there made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for & wanted to make sure that I got good images!! 10/10 would recommend them. & if I am still living in the area if I have a second baby then I would absolutely come back!! Honestly, I'd probably come back regardless if I live in a completely different state. I know I would be in great hands!! read more

Hi ladies, I recommend Wombs Window for any pregnant ladies who just need a little reassurance. I got reassurance for just $60 Thursday afternoon I called wombs window asking if they had any availability for an ultrasound so I can see and check my babies heart beat. They quickly gave me an appt for the next day I was so grateful and they were all so so so nice. I explained to them I just needed some reassurance since I haven't been feeling well lately and this is my first pregnancy and I am high risk. It's $60 if you or your spouse comes in with an active duty ID if not they have all these other great packages. I also did that 3D & 4D. Everyone was so nice and of course professional. This was the best ultrasound I've received within my pregnancy. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Womb's Window! My wife and I are in town on vacation and went in for a first glimpse ultrasound. After suffering a miscarriage in April, we wanted some reassurance before telling some of our family members. The staff at Womb's Window were friendly, professional, and reassuring. We asked them to be discrete because our 2 1/2 year old was with us and we weren't ready to tell him yet. They completely understood and handled everything gracefully. Finally, it can sometimes be nerve wracking going to a new place/business as a same sex couple, not knowing how people will react to us. This was such a wonderful and beautiful experience! Covid made it difficult for my husband to ever see an ultrasound! We made an appointment and made the trip from New Bern to Jville! Very clean office/waiting room, smelled like baby powder the moment we walked in. We got greeted instantly, filled out paperwork and in a matter of minutes was taken to the room! My husband and I were happy to see and hear our baby! Very impressed how professional and educational the experience was! I went to Womb's Window twice in my pregnancy. Once for the gender and then again at 32 weeks! Both times I was able to get the best pictures and had a great experience! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing and the people were super friendly. I delivered my little Eliana on July 15, 2021 and she looks just like the ultrasound shots I got at my 32 week appointment! Went in to get the gender on my baby. I'm 15 weeks. We came in and they ladies were so super friendly. We chatted about different "old wives tales" in gender guesses while I filled out the paper work. It was so welcoming and inviting and I love my whole experience. The chair I got to sit in while they did the ultrasound was so huge and comfy. It vibrated it was so relaxing. The girls were so sweet. Such an amazing experience. The most amazing experience of our life. The technology is phenomenal and to see my little granddaughter on the big screen no words to tell you how that felt. The people are super sweet. I bought a package for my daughter and surprised her and my son in law. They had tears of the happiest parents on the planet those precious moments in the ultrasound room. We have visited Wombs Window on several occasions during my pregnancy. The staff is professional and really builds relationships with their clients. It's also very important that the girls performing the ultrasounds are trained ultrasound technicians who went to school unlike other similar businesses in the area. Wombs Window was the best experience I could possibly have! I got the Pink or Blue Delux and got over 15 pictures and lots of videos. The pictures my tech was able to get were more than beautiful. She also made sure I was comfortable and the care was over the moon amazing!
