I truly believe everyone here (with the exception of the sonographer) hates their job. No smiles, no curtsies & definitely no customer service skills. Rarely do they ever answer the phone. Even when I leave 7-8 voicemails - nothing. No return calls. I always have to go out of my way and show up in person to schedule or reschedule an appointment. The excuse is ALWAYS "understaffed" yet, every time I show up, the front desk girls are chatting away and do not appear busy as they spin their chairs around and talk.
