They are also thankfully easy to find. Parking was decent and I never really had issues finding a parking spot. I was greeted right away and handled paperwork fairly quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and pretty spacious. I will admit that, like many clinic type areas, it does get a bit chilly, but they do offer you a blanket when you're waiting in the back. Everyone here takes the time to explain what's going on and what will be needed of you. They are also very patient and very welcoming. They made what can be an uncomfortable check up, into something manageable. Thank you all so much!

This was a pre-op visit for my upcoming Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) with Dr. Carol Johnston of Office Park Eye Center. This is my second experience with Dr. Carol Johnston after having cataract surgery on both eyes several months earlier. Having experienced an outstanding experience and remarkable results with that procedure, I had no reservation or apprehension regarding my upcoming blepharoplasty procedure. I entered the Onslow Diagnostics Office and the front desk representative, Jabreea who has the kindest eyes and most lovely smile welcomed me to come forward to her window immediately, after explaining that I had a sick doggy in the car resting in the AC, she assured me she would let the others know that I may have to check on Tucker throughout the pre-op screening! Anesthesiologist Kate called me back promptly and patiently, professionally, and thoroughly went through all of my surgery history, medicine list, and all other pertinent information with grace and kindness. She didn't rush me and was open to any questions or concerns that I may have had. I felt very confident after leaving Kate and found Abby waiting to do my blood work and EKG. Abby was genuinely sweet and very determined to make the blood draw comfortable for me. MacKenzie watched over the procedure and was encouraging to Abby as she went about her tasks. I never felt the "poke" of the needle and the EKG was over in no time! Overall, it was just a smooth and relaxed experience and at no point did I feel rushed or nervous. As I left, Jabreea was there to say "goodbye and wished my Tucker a speedy recovery" which meant the world to me. This facility is a very warm and compassionate sanctuary, especially for others who are suffering through much more complicated scenarios than me and I feel that having warm and caring staff members like the ones that I encountered means the world to everyone who is uncertain and frightened about their future health issues. I'm thankful that Onslow Diagnostics has the best of the best to shepherd us through the ins and outs of pre-op procedures. It makes such a tremendous difference to feel the warmth and care radiating from this special, professional, and dedicated staff, I truly felt cared for. Thank you to everyone for everything you do! Having gone on 06-03-2025 to the Wilmington Health location in Jacksonville, NC, I have to admit that it's all about who your radiology technologist is regarding your entire experience. I was blessed to have been checked in by a very sweet and professional young lady once I entered the facility and had only sat down for a brief 4-5 minutes before the radiology technologist Laura called my name to come back. Laura was absolutely the best! She asked all of the required questions and then proceeded to have me undress and step up for the fun to begin. Her warm and genuine personality was my first indication that this was going to be a good experience. She spoke to me as if we'd been neighbors for years. During the exam we discussed hair, children, and grandchildren. Her easygoing and calming manner put me at ease and I actually enjoyed those 10 minutes while moving through the different positions for the imaging to take place. Laura is an exemplary example of the Wilmington Health organization. Her professionalism, compassion, and respectfulness was refreshing and comforting to me. When my spouse retired from the United States Marine Corps, our primary care Physician on base suggested we switch to internal medicine. Being part of the medical community helped us make an excellent choice in providers. Our reasons for choosing CCIMPA were accurate at the time. Other ventures in the office in my opinion have become more of a priority than patient care, and to many mistakes in both our care over the past five months led us to seek other care, with a different provider. The mistakes held up care that I am going through now. The way the office handled the situation, was to not take responsibility for the errors, and dismiss us from the practice immediately, once we stated we would be looking for another provider. Hence I have no primary care provider at a time in my medical care and I NEED one immediately. This is NOT considered good Standards of Care for any patient.
