We were in town from Chicago and highly enjoyed our entire time in this amazing store. So many options, so little time!!! Such a wide variety of LGBTQ+ representation, and they even offer a discount for sapphics. Overall vibe was great, and we loved chatting with the very warm employee working that morning. They were beyond welcoming and really made our experience what it was. I got a magnet that said "Protect Trans Kids" and am excited to have it displayed at my desk at the office. read more

I came to Womencrafts to splurge on myself for my birthday and bought myself a couple of books and a cute sticker that says "Bisexual" I bought the book "The Hill We Climb" by Amanda Gorman who spoke at Biden's Inauguration and "In Defense of Witches" by Mona Chollet. These books were selling like hotcakes and they are really good. I love this store and every time I come in I always find something great. They had beautiful art in the store this time and of course, I always recommend the jewelry. This store is one of the best gems of Provincetown, and I love who this store is and how it gives a platform to important current issues and entrepreneurs who are women, POC, and a part of the LGBTQ+ community. Womancraft gets 5 stars for longevity. For surviving probably impossibly high rents and shifts cultural focus. They are still here, with book marks, homespun pottery, bumperstickers, buttons for jeans jackets like it is the 1980's. They still have BOOKS! BOOKS! You know those things that you can flip through and you know, read without need of an electrical outlet to recharge? I think that might be the saving grace of Womancraft is having actual books on women's issues, and the key to longevity. There is a case of jewelry for those who still need labyris's, pink triangles, rainbows and other signs of recognition. The day that I went to pay homage, the salesperson behind the counter stayed there and tickled her smartphone. I'd suggest she get a bit more engaged with her eager customers to keep business viable. IMHO. Womancraft is as fundamental part of P-Town history as the Crown and Anchor. read more

Beautiful and unique ptown gifts from stunning ceramic mugs to votives of brilliant women, books by women authors and a host of other treasures to keep sacred or share. We walked in earlier this week and I'm so glad that we did. Michelle graciously guided us through some of her favorite books for sale and shared the story of the ptown heart pallets, miniature versions sold in her store. I walked out with a stack of books, a mini heart pallet (on paint stirrers), and a very special sweatshirt. High quality and deeply meaningful gems from ptown! Can't express how disappointed I am in the lack of care in response and sending a friend a gift. I have called every different time of the day according to their business hours, I emailed and written into them on their website. It is been two weeks and still no response. My friends gift has gone missing and I even had to lose the surprise factor and ask her if she had received anything only to find out she had not. My friend was going through a tough time and I really wanted her to have this gift. I do not understand how you have a full voicemail for two weeks and don't check your emails or online customers who write in. I just today I had to call a business in the area to find out if they were open. They said yes and took my information and said that they would get it to the owners and have them contact me back after they watch the trial on TV today. Still no response.
