I responded that I didn't and told what happened. I got a very quick and urgent sounding email from the owner about the problem promising that he wanted to make good and left his cell phone number. A few days later I called him. He was so glad I called and seemed VERY concerned and wanted to make good on my purchase telling me "My customers are everything to me". His behavior was exactly what anyone would want from a vendor. He promised to get another out to me right away. It was here in a day or two in great condition and he included some salt water taffy. So I would say that the owner of the store did the right thing and made me feel 100% taken care of and it was very appreciated. Therefore I recommend the store!!

The other viewpoint was the guy behind the counter, he had the longest face and he did not look welcoming nor friendly at all. That put me off with his attitude and demeanor. A $5.99 necklace was sold to them for $9.99. And the rings were priced at $5.99 and were sold to them for $8.00. We brought up the errors to the register attendant who got another employee and it seemed like they would refund the difference. But they told us after a little they needed the manager who said she would refund it all and not sell them for the price marked on the item!!!
