That's unprofessional and concerning especially when it's barely 1pm, and you choose to work at a women's clinic. Majority, if not ALL, of patients are pregnant, and hormonal. So, that is why it is even more important to have great interpersonal communication skills, be sympathetic, understanding and passionate! I regret wasting time and taking off of work to experience such an overwhelmingly stressful situation at this establishment. She informed me that the staff in the clinic's billing department had been very rude and unprofessional toward her during the conversation. I found this especially concerning because she is a representative of my insurance company attempting to resolve a billing issue. This incident further supports my experience with Salud y Vida Clinic. The repeated lack of professionalism and discourteous treatment shown not only to patients but also to insurance representatives demonstrates a pattern of unacceptable customer service. Unfortunately, this has become a never-ending situation. In addition, the clinic appears to have constant employee turnover. They rarely retain the same clerks, nurses, or physicians for any significant period of time. Moving on to my next concern...I have spent well over $2,000.00 for testing and 2 appointments with KALE, I was prescribed supplements for my gut issue, picked them up and started taking them a month ago. After taking my supplements for a month, I received a phone call a few days ago saying they prescribed me the wrong supplement and that I need to order a different one instead. Well, of course this raised another red flag because I'm pregnant and there are MANY things I cannot take while pregnant. I asked if there were any negative side effects to taking this supplement while pregnant that could harm the baby - and the guy on the phone was not sure and would have to ask the doctor. So I looked it up online and It is NOT recommended for women while pregnant. Received a phone call back and he informed me it was ok.....Are you guys just trying to save your ass? The third issue that arises is that I have food sensitivity to beef and they told me to put beef tallow on my face for skin issues I'm encountering.
