It was a little confusing finding their unit, but I called and they kindly directed me the right way. I was impressed at how efficient Meisha was. Usually bleaching my roots is a 3+ hour appointment, but she cut, bleached and styled my hair in 2.5 hours. Really appreciated that. And the cut and color was the bomb! She really understands hair. Charisma has the sweetest spirit, she listens to what you want, is extremely knowledgeable about hair, and I can't say enough about how fair the pricing is. You will be hard-pressed to get a sew-in for under $350 in the DC area, but you can tell Happy Tresses is mindful of the working woman's price-point and standard of quality. I should also add Charisma did the best cornrows I've EVER had in record time. My sew-in laid so flat, the style still looks brand new 5 weeks later--I honestly don't want to take it out, but I digress. I haven't tried the bundles yet (because I already had hair before I made the appointment), but the Brazilian Island Wave and Indian Steamed Curl are right up my alley and next on my list.
