When I refused, they threatened me, claiming I was bound by some T&C i agreed when creating an account on their website, however the contract I never signed. Despite repeated requests, they failed to provide proof of said agreement, sending only an IP address from my inquiry. Their "Customer Success Manager," Antje Hartwig, very was dismissive and unhelpful throughout I had to dispute the charges with my bank and file a complaint with the UK European Consumer Centre due to their threats of default. This company is dishonest and unprofessional--avoid them at all cost for your own good

A big plus for the coffee flat rate, and virtual office. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are affordable but higher compared to other places in Berlin, this attracts a more serious crowd who is really down to business, but also feels more like a shared office than a coworking place. Compared to other coworking spaces in Berlin, it lacks of events and creating opportunities for members to meet. Overall a great place to get your work done, nice coffee , and meeting clients.

Whenever I go to Berlin and need to do some work I go here…read more It's an amazing workshare space with a beautiful café on the ground floor. Really fast internet, great coffee, beer and snacks. Extremely friendly staff and great diversity of people that use the workshare space from long time dwellers to day visitors like me. €5 gets you 24 hour access and you have to sit at a table with a green sticker. I just love the space and I always get a tonne of work done!

The cashier behind the cafe deliberately remembered me, what I ordered and the bill I used to pay with, but when I confronted her about the 5 euros I was shorted, she said that since I left the counter & came back 2 minutes later there was nothing she could do to return change she had miscounted. Today it was a man, who was incompetent and rude-I can only assume it's the owner who can have this attitude! He made a mistake with both of our coffees (wrong milk and coffee type), only redid one of it, then after 40 minutes he came by to tell us if we don't order anything else, we can't stay anymore, even though the place was filled only to 1/3 of capacity (it's usually full). Good job losing a regular in 2 minutes! My suggestion: great space, but please never talk to your customers anymore, let your professional and competent employees do that. Or better, just hand over the entire place to them. If you want to visit, check if the servers are women-if yes, order and take a seat, it's a nice place!
