Brought my daughter in for a gel pedicure and they did a wonderful job! I think the lady's name was Mai. Very sweet and polite!

Visiting from out of town and went to get a dip manicure. I had called and walked in, then three other people walked in after me but they continued to provide them service first. The first lady was nice that started to work on my nails; however I was passed off to another lady who proceeded to half ass my nails. Never finished filing them and rushed me away. 45 to dip my nails and put them under the light. Didnt spend time to clean them or file them further. She was RUDE. I have had my nails done before many times. These were done terribly. Chunky and not thinned out. I will NOT be returning. Walked in with a great mood and left feeling robbed. I got my nails done here at wonder nail today. The manicurist was not very kind and rushed. I got something very simple and she didn't do the best job. These people are absolutely RUDE. They tried to charge me 45 dollars to file and paint gel on my daughters nails. This is the same price as a pedicure and gel. They continued to tell me I was wrong and pointed at the board with their prices. They then told me it was 35. I asked them if they could please just do regular polish, they charge you 5 dollars to file her toe nails down half a centimeter. He and the female that worked in there said "oh that won't work for her nails, she needs gel", I am the customer... he then told me he would charge 25 for that. He did not put a toe separator in and spoke very rudely to my daughter. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE OR SUGGEST ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO THERE!!! read more

Well... the place was overall clean and the workers when entering were very welcoming. Now for the nail tech he wasn't very attentive, I could get past it but he nicked me a couple of times and didn't apologize even though I was bleeding. i went here for my birthday getting the brown & white french tips, they came out so beautiful & i loved them! i needed a fill so came back thinking they would do a good job. let me tell you i've never been so disappointed, these look NOTHING like my reference photo! waste of $45. going back in the morning to get them repainted. wish me luck update: went a got my nails re polished & they look amazing, just depends on who you get i guess :/ read more

The lady was late and rude. When she finally graced me with her presence, she tossed three color books at me. I asked my friend if I should get color, the lady butted in and said I could leave and come back another day, as she walked away from me, went to the back and was gone another five minutes. I was finally finished at 5 p.m. By 8p.m. the top coat on my thumb nail had totally lifted up to I had to pull it off. My nails were too thick and very sloppy. My friends nails were horrendous but I'll let her tell her own story. The only saving grace in this place was the older gentleman doing nails, the tall guy that was at the door and the place was clean. You all might not care but I won't be back. And, there will not be a recommendation from me for this shop. Edit: I had to lower my rating. My nail just came off. This by far is the worst nail salon I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Have to update this to say I won't be back. Had made an appointment for today with Daniel -I woke with him directly and requested 2pm but he said he went to lunch then and we confirmed for 3. I arrived at 3 and the owner made a call letting him know I was there. 10'minutes later still no Daniel. When i inquires the wonder said he was out and would be back soon. Maybe another 5 minutes. Had my nails done there this morning. Went in for a basic gel manicure and they had the greatest selection of colors I have found anywhere in town. Debbie did my nails and she did just a wonderful job!! I have problem nails still in the process of mending from having solar nails on previously. Debbie took the time and care, which was quite a process, to repair all the prior damage. Then I received a wonderful gel manicure. I love the manicure, and she gave me lots of tips to help with the health and condition of my nails before my next appointment. Like to apply just a drop of alcohol once or twice a day to the moist spots where my nail is coming away from the nail bed and also to apply cuticle oil to my cuticle / nail beds. Going to try both of these ideas before my next visit with her. Overall price for quality of service was great. I would highly recommend this salon - I adore my nails!!!! read more

Went in on 8/31/18 my appt was for 2:30 gel mani and pedi. It took 4 hours to complete. The nail tech cut two of my fingers drawing blood on both. The nail tech failed to put the final clear coat on one finger which has already chipped. The total cost was $50.00 plus tax which is much higher than most salons in town. The customer before me had nail tips and returned approximately 10 mins after leaving due to one falling off. I would not recommend this salon for any manis or pedis. read more

This was the absolute worse place I've ever been. The chair was broken and the remote was sticky and gross. I had a reservation but waited over 15 mins for my nail tech. He'd been out of tech school for 2 months and had no idea what the hell he was doing. The tech next to me did 3 in the time it took him to do my nails. Then 3 days later they flaked off. Stay away.
