I loved going in there to browse, pass some time, or buy myself something small. If you're an adult, they have puzzles, games, and items like garden flags too. This is the perfect place to bring a kid to pick out something for a good report card or birthday. I love that they have toys out so that kids can play with them and you can see what's truly kid approved before buying. Even with screens taking over our lives, most of the items in Wonder Works are NOT techy, but classic toys with brands like LEGO and Melissa and Doug. The whole store and staff seem dedicated to helping kids play and use their imaginations. Wonder Works reminds me of toy stores when I was a kid, and so few of them exist these days. It's a great place to relive your childhood memories and create new ones with the kids in your life.

It's tempting to grab all the cool Lego sets and it's definitely a struggle to prevent myself from doing so. Lego has been super slow with sending me replacement parts (when I find missing pieces or damaged pieces in sets). But Bricks & Minifigs seems to always have the pieces that I'm looking for! My son came in the other day to trade in a set he didn't really care for. They gave him a decent offer and he of course ended up buying something from the store with the store credit he had. He definitely walked out of there happy!
