Usually I'll stop in for a water or soft serve ice cream. Recently I took my nieces and nephews to the park and grabbed real food for the first time. They have a short menu and I ended up getting a BLT that was pretty great. If you're looking souvenirs, fishing supplies, a bite to eat, or maybe an ice cream you won't find a more beautiful place to do it.

She told my friend that there was a strict exchange policy, despite the fact that my friend was not told this when she checked out. She then added, with a more than unnecessary tone, "and, you need your receipt." Mind you, she never once asked if she had it with her in her shopping bag (which she did). I've worked in customer service for years. Not once have I treated a customer with that kind of disrespect, regardless of how they spoke to me. As a smaller business, I urge you to do better. If I were the owner, I would truly be embarrassed to have an employee like that on my payroll.
