Absolutely Horrible experience. This includes Doctor and clerical staff. Unethical scammers preying on the emotional state of mothers and children to make a buck. Came in with a pre screening for fillings for my toddler. After a 40 min wait non iv sedation, went on the table strapped her down then the doctor comes in with all these other recommendations as my child growing increasingly anxious. Tactics used to force you into hasty & costly decisions. By this time my child's unnerved and resisting. Talked me into pulling a tooth and inputting a spacer. Said the filings the diagnosed previously were just stains. Said she was too anxious after pulling the tooth and to come back for the spacer they had already charged me for. Sent me a notice shortly after that stating they refuse to do oral sedation she'd have to get IV which is extremely expensive and not covered by insurance. No concern about the unprofessional ambush after stalling her down and stalling with recommendations until she got restless. Refused to give me x rays the day of and multiple times after. I've sent written requests as well., still no x-rays. Excuses like their email was down and they didn't know when it would be up. Still haven't got a refund for the unpreformed procedure. read more

Dentist offices have changed since I was a kid. This place is awesome and is themed like Alice in Wonderland. The main Dentist is named Alice :) We did extensive research before selecting this location for our Autistic daughter and our research was correct, everyone/thing was great and very accommodating. The staff is super nice and Dr. Alice is the cherry on top. No cavities or issues so we won't be back for 6months. I'll ask to take pictures next time so I can update this review. read more

My 5yr old daughter enjoyed her 1st dental visit. Great 1st experience! All the staff and Doctor Alice are so kind and attentive. Very good and well experienced. A kid & parents dream! The best dentist office I've ever been to - almost no wait time as you walk in you're greeted by friendly faces and a whimsy Alice in Wonderland theme that's fun. They have TVs with movies for the kiddos, games, toys to entertain. The office looks clean and brand new. My daughter is 18 months and had her first Dentist check up at Wonderland and I must say - it was perfect! Prior to taking us to our room Lupe, our nurse gave us a tour of the entire facility so we could get familiarized with it. Everything was very clean and ambiance appeals to kids. Dr Alice first introduced herself, asked it I had any current questions or concerns, then she explained what she was going to do as part of her first check up and had Lupe immediately schedule our second appointment. My little ones teeth were checked and cleaned and we walked out with a brand new goody bag and a balloon. I can't wait to bring her back read more

Dr. Alice and her partner are incredibly nice! My family has had several appointments now at this office and we feel comfortable getting treatment there. I only have two compliants / observations...more than once I got the feeling that 1-2 ladies at the front desk didn't like their jobs. They appeared miserable. Also, there's a horrific smell that creeps in from the restaurant next door. It was almost unbearable. I don't remember smelling this on my other appointments so I'm not sure if its a new building issue but the manager said they are working with the building to fix the smell. One of my daughters had 6 fillings done yesterday. Dr. Alice Bui does a wonderful job at explaining in detail every part of the procedure and her kindness just makes everything better. I was very nervous but she took her time explaining everything and making sure I didn't have any questions left unanswered before starting. Her assistant, Ivett, also did a great job reassuring me that things would go well. Ivett called later in the afternoon to make sure my daughter was recovering favorably. I wish I could give Dr. Alice and staff 5 hearts instead of stars. We been patients for the last 3 years and I love this pediatric dentist office. It's kid and mom approved! My daughter genuinely likes going to the dentist because of her experiences here. First off, we had to reschedule twice a small surgery my daughter was supposed to get back in November 2019, fine we get that she was coughing a little so we understand safety. They said they were not going to reschedule an appointment until they get a signed paper, so we take our daughter to see a ENT at Texas children's hospital, he said that he can't sign anything off because he's not her primary doctor. Ok so we switched doctors and saw a new doctor TWICE and they found nothing wrong with her. Then the covid happens so we waited til yesterday to schedule the surgery, but the employees there are so horrible. First, they didn't let my husband talk, Being very rude and had the nerves to call my husband back and LIE to him stating that there was no "Dr. Joshua bedwell (My daughters ENT at Texas children west campus) And was questioning him asking if we are sure we went to go see a doctor. My husband talked to Jessica and she was telling my husband that we needed to go see this other ENT doctor that the anesthesiologist knew to get approved but he asked her "why? This doctors is covered by my insurance and it's TEXAS CHILDREN HOSPITAL. Are you saying that this other doctor is better?" And she stuttered and said "well Houston is a big place but this doctors knows our medicine and our techniques" MY HUSBAND SENT THEM SCREEN SHOTS OF THE MY CHART IN EMAIL AND THEY STILL NEVER CALL OR EMAILED BACK. That's when we realized that they are pin this for money so I simply called them back and asked for a refund. I am shocked and surprised how such a high pediatric dentistry can lie and give patients such a hard time during a pandemic. Save your money, time and go somewhere else. My 20 month old son had his first dental check and he felt comfortable from the moment he walked in. Everyone was very welcoming and informative. We got a great tour of the facility and Dr Alice was very patient during the exam as my little guy wasn't having it, which was to be expected. While my experience here was not horrible, it wasn't great either. My son is traumatized after the dentist went through the process to numb his mouth after the oral sedation. Although the dentist explained that each child reacts differently, I believe that they started their process too late. I called one of the staff members in the room about 20 min after they gave him the sedative (when my son was totally relaxed) but she said I have to wait an hour. Unfortunately, by the time the hour came the meds had worn off and my son was fully alert. So since he wouldn't cooperate they could not finish the visit and I still had to pay for part of the sedation. Other than that, the dentist and staff were pretty good but we will not be returning. read more

My son had a dental procedure done a month ago and I was super pleased with Dr. Alice and her staff. They all are so caring, wonderful and efficient. I had an emergency last night with my son and she immediately called me back and was so understanding and explained how I could help my son with his excruciating tooth pain. Only take the children that Wonderland is making money off of, they are not a family friendly business and will refuse to see your child if any of the money-making child's siblings come with you. Pay a daycare, dog kennel, donate them to the local shelter, whatever, the staff are "not there to babysit your kids". If they are not making money off the child(ren) you bring to their office then that child is not welcome there. We will never return because of the way they treated my family. Dr. Alice is condescending and rude. She polishes that up and hides it nicely, and I would guess most parents fall for it, but she is there to make money, not care about or for your children. read more

Absolutely wonderful pediatric dentist. I was able to get an appointment the same week of my call. The office staff are very friendly and personable. The office is an Alice in Wonderland theme after Dr. Alice . She was on maternity leave so she saw Dr. John( her husband I believe). He was wonderful with her and called her princess the whole time. He was helpful in identifying areas of concern and options for finger sucking . At the end of the visit they gave her a T-shirt and token to use in their toy machine . If your child wears the T-shirt on their next visit they receive another token . Cute idea and incentive to have them look forward to their next visit . I Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a clean office, kid friendly environment and pediatric dentist. read more

Please ,stay away from that clinic ,esp if you don't have insurance! They overcharge you big time plus the quality of service is questionable! Dr Alice didn't wanna listen or even try to treat my daughter teeth without intervinious sedation! Plus half of the cavities she told me ,my daughter didn't have. I asked two other doctors opinion with the X-rays I had from wonderland clinic . There are tons of amazing places who have more advanced technologies like treating cavities with laser for a third of the price ! We successfully treated my daughters theeth under the laughing gas which costed me 40$ instead of 250$ for oral medication sedation at this clicnic . Please , you are the one who is in charge of your child health ! Ask second opinion!esp before putting your child under general anesthesia! read more
