I explained my need to come in to Karen, the receptionist. Not only did she fit me in THAT day, but she also called my insurance company & found a bite plate they *would* partially cover. So, instead of paying another $500 out of pocket for a new plate, the new one cost me $167 because it's made from a different material. I'm so glad she looked into that for me. I went in last Wednesday to have a new impressions made. Today (Monday) I got a call to tell me the new brux guard is ready - yes, already! I went at lunch to pick it up the same day. That was so fast & painless. I wish all dentists were like this because making appointment months in advance is a complete joke in my world. They might not keep a massage therapist or have huge plasma tvs at every chair, but why should they? They get you in & out before you have a chance to wait. I love my dentist and her staff!

She was very nice and explained that the filling needed to replaced. This was the 3rd time it had to be done so I was furious and very nervous when I went it to get it done. Everyone there is really friendly, which definitely calms the nerves. When I got in the chair they asked if I wanted to listen to headphones with whatever Pandora station I wanted to drown out the sound of the drill. Um yes, please!!! I'll be back! No follow up visits. 5 months later when I finished my last tray, I told Dr B my concern for the right side of my teeth hitting into each other, which was uncomfortable *see photo. His solution was to get my lower implant (which he was confident he could do) and shave down the other tooth... I mentioned a few years ago I was told I needed a bone graft for the lower implant, he said it wasn't needed. I did not proceed with any further work. 6 months later my bite was so uncomfortable that I went to an orthodontist for another opinion. He said they could have carried over my aligner treatment but it was too late. I had no idea I could've switched providers during treatment. The orthodontist said I could do aligners again but I opted for braces to ensure my bite was fixed, $5,480. This was only $880 more than the round of Spark aligners AND with 6 week visits! Under the care of an Orthodontist my bite is fixed and they created a small amount of extra space to allow for my dental implant. My dental implant was done under an oral surgeon because I did need a bone graft because the width of my jaw bone had atrophied over the years. If I completed this without the graft then the implant would've failed in a few short years.

I returned twice because I was still experiencing pain. Each time, I was told that everything was fine, and instead, more of my teeth were shaved down. Because the pain continued, I finally went to an actual endodontist for a second opinion. He took X-rays and discovered that the root canals had not been completely finished. He had to go back in and complete the work that had not been properly done. After everything I went through--three root canals, two additional visits because of ongoing pain, and having my teeth shaved down even further--I ultimately had to pay another specialist to correct and finish the treatment. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before having any major dental work done here. My experience was extremely frustrating, painful, and costly, and I would not return or recommend this practice to anyone.

I really like that he used state of the art technology to clean teeth and prevent problems. During this last visit he was able to find a tooth that had the starting of a cavity so before it became bad he was able to treat this and prevent any further damage. In the old days or doctors not using the same technology will instead have to wait until the cavity is visible and that's where you start to feel pain as they repair.
