I wanted to share that I took her "Tapping Into Your Intuition" class last Saturday and feel that it was well worth it. I took the class because I wanted to see if I could use my intuition to play a stronger role in my life. Most of the concepts Mara introduced were fairly new to me, but she made them all completely accessible and I can see how each could benefit me in some way. There are several I plan to use right away. Mara's room was comfortable, well organized, and the environment was very conducive to learning. Mara has mastery, enthusiasm and love for what she is doing and for the people she is serving and it shows. She prepared useful and relevant materials that we can refer back to and use henceforth. The participants were very friendly and the group meshed well imho. Mara did a great job of directing conversations and keeping the class focused. All of us were able to share useful information and, of course, Mara shared a number of helpful resources with us as well. The class was pertinent, interesting, fun, and useful. The time went by all too quickly and when it was over, it seemed hard to tear ourselves away.

Professional to the bone, she dove right in. She seems to warm up going over the basics and then she just starts flowing. There was some firely energy coming in from the ethers, and we lost Internet connection several times (it happens!), but Tracey never lost her stride. She kindly extended the session to make up for the time we lost during the disconnect. We did a month by month yearly which covered A LOT. The way she describes what's going on in the chart and between the planets, she helped deepen my own understanding of astrology which I appreciated. Her interpretations were chock full and at first I was processing all of it and asking questions. Then, there was so much insight being revealed that my brain started firing on all pistons! After our session I had to write down all the ideas that came to me before they faded!! I'd say she is great for someone who never had a chart read as well as someone with deeper knowledge of astrology. Glad I recorded the sessionn as it will be helpful to break down monthly signposts for myself. Thanks Tracey!

This was my first time trying reiki, and she walked me through what I might feel beforehand, which put me at ease going in. I truly experienced the effects she mentioned. The whole experience was very eye opening, because we were complete strangers. Even though we were strangers, she was able to share information about me that was very interesting. I learned a lot about the different colors in my auras and what they meant for me as well as my chakras. I never really considered how all of these different aspects can go together to impact our bodies and minds. I felt so fortunate when I found Huma Sikandar Fatakia, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is so understanding and has an almost uncanny ability to remember details I haven't spoken about in a while, and connect the dots to help me recognize patterns and opportunities in my life. She has also helped me incorporate some mindful practices in my life when things feel heavy... which I never thought I'd be able to do. When Huma went on maternity leave, there was a seamless transition to Alyssa McCall for that duration. I again felt really fortunate that they didn't leave me hanging and matched me with another provider. Alyssa was also great! It is hard switching from one provider to another, but Alyssa offered new perspective and some different tools that I've held onto since going back to Huma. Finally, Michell Stanley was able to accommodate my partner and me very quickly for sessions, and that has been a huge help. She is very good at what she does and very understanding. As the owner of the business, she's also easy to work with for any administrative needs. I feel so extremely lucky to have found Moksha Living when I did, before the pandemic, and to be able to continue my work with them in a safe way. During COVID-19, all sessions are remote via a secure platform.

You can have tea, water, or san pellegrino before diving into a stress relief meditation, emotion based training, or breathing session. Caitlin, Kirsten, and Emily are all really kind and wonderful teachers. They explain different stones with healing properties and really help you destress in the 30 minute or 1 hour session. You can come wearing your work clothes or anything you find comfortable and either lie down or sit up in a position that makes you feel comfortable during meditation and that's what I appreciate about Glow Club. I ended up purchasing the 10 credit pack after a free session and have had a solid experience. I look forward to trying some yoga in the fall when the class is available. The evening glow is probably my favorite class at the moment. The breathing class was intense for me and I would like to try it again to really get into it. I found myself forgetting to go with the rhythm during active breathing and almost falling asleep. I live and work in Silver Spring so I can only attend evening classes but these classes are great as a "cool down" post work out as well. They also help me focus on the present so hopefully they can have a similar affect on you.

As I walked up the stairs & entered the facility, I was welcomed by the aroma of what I believe to be Palo Santo. The place was gorgeous, with an amazing organic crystal selection, all fairly priced. As we entered the meditation room, lit red, there were multiple options for mediation seating. The soft yoga "blocks" offered were my fave, as it takes pressure off my spine. My instructor was Kirsten, she was very polite and had a great energy. Her guided mediation was focused & her voice was very calm & encouraging. I could've sat there for hours! After the session ended I talked to the owner who was very polite & enthusiastic to explain the services offered. I was excited to see that she offers quick pre-workday sessions. I definitely recommend this place!
