She recommended some…read morefabrics for me - I went for the most expensive and she spent time with me explaining double thread, the quality of the thread and the thickness of the thread to me so I was able to find a less expensive fabric that was a good quality. Her work is exceptional - I love how she reupholstered my sofa! She added new foam and built up the arms making it better than new. Replacing it with the same quality from Lazyboy would have cost more than double and I still would have had issues with the arms. There was a delay due to some health issues with her children but it was worth it. She made me throw cushions to compensate for the delay! It was totally unexpected! She also offers pick up and delivery which made it easy for me. I will definitely be using her again when I need my leather sofas from my family room redone.

The bill arrived. 50 cents for washer, 5 dollars for the trip, and 115 bucks for an hours work. I know the regulations are flimsy in Ontario, but 115 bucks, weekday hourly rate of 115 dollars is outrageous! Granted the work done was proper and his demeanor was nice; If you decide to call this company, get a quote first.

This is a small business run and operated by Jeff; we chose to use his services to create new…read morecabinetry for our bedroom, washroom, and kitchen for our cottage. He was the same price as another quote we received but we decided to go with Jeff cause he reassured us his customer service is exceptional and he lives and works out of his home which is less than 20 minutes away from our cottage. After the kitchen was installed, there were some issues with the cabinetry. A couple doors had imperfections in the facade and one of the drawers is too close to the cabinet door and causes scraping. It needs an adjustment. I called and emailed Jeff numerous times and he never responded to any of my emails or phone calls. There are so many great cabinet makers out there, learn from our mistake. Do not go with Jeff since he will not provide any after care service!!!
