The hygienist reassured us by answering all our questions prior to the procedure. My son would have a gag reflex every time our family dentist would try to take x-rays so they were never able to take them. Since Woodbridge Kids Dentistry specializes in pediatric dentistry, the x-rays were taken without any trouble. While they worked on my son, he was relaxed and didn't even move while watching his favorite movie. Dr. Gep is very experienced and knowledgeable. She noticed a tongue tie which might explain why my son has a minor speech problem. I wish someone had pointed this out before. She notified my son's speech pathologist the same day and Dr. Gep will be correcting his tongue tie at our next visit. Thank you Dr. Gep and your wonderful team!

Went back to see how they can help. They suggested to put braces on again which would cost another $5000 approximately. Ridiculous. Do not take your kids here. Pay more elsewhere and get them done properly for your child. I do not usually Pistachios reviews. But they called me today to remind me they want to be paid to put braces on my son again and that just really bothered me. Not great at all. I started at the Stouffville location- they were friendly. We had to get some…read morework done for my son so it was scheduled at the Richmond Hill Location. They were aware I was very anxious. My husband took him for the appointment. They were only able to do one tooth with him awake and told my husband the rest would have to be done with full sedation. After the appointment he spoke to the front desk lady and told her he would speak to his wife and call them for an appointment as my son was agitated. He was IN THE PARKING LOT lot still buckling my son up in his car seat, when I got a call from the same lady who told me she needed to book an appointment. I was not even aware that the procedure ended as my husband didn't even have the chance to call me (BECAUSE HE HADN'T EVEN LEFT YET). I said "oh they're done?" Her exact words were" Yah your son didn't do well at all so we have to book a full sedation appointment to do the rest." I was obviously taken aback as I was already anxious. I told her to at least give me a chance to speak to my husband and see what happened. He had just got into the car when I called. I complained to the Manager and got nowhere except an insincere apology. For the little dental work he did get done, the Dentist was good - but for God's sake get better office staff, maybe ones who can understand simple etiquette when dealing with parents and their children's care.
