B day before the appointment I texted him to ask if a specific oak wood floor from Mullican was available. I never got a reply back. It's almost an hour since Mike was supposed to be here. I left him a VM to ask him to let me know if he's still coming. He did not reply. I then texted him to say that I'm going to give a one-star review given Hansen's lack of any response of any kind. It's too bad because I VERY LIKELY would have had them do the work. I'd give them zero stars to reflect zero service if I could.
