Dr. Donn came to my rescue a couple of years ago when I had a dental emergency and I've been with him ever since! Really glad someone recommended him! I've always been impressed with how caring and thorough Dr. Donn is in terms of discussing the finding of the dental x-rays, suggested treatment and making sure everything is done properly the first time! Both Holly and Dawn are exceptional Dental Hygienists! Not only are they friendly and conversational, but they go out of their way to make sure that you're comfortable and answer any questions you have (Ditto for Dr. Donn himself!). What I also find extremely helpful is that you can schedule an early morning appointment during the week at 6 or 7 am, for example. so that you can get a cleaning or other work done without having to take a half-day or sick day from work. He's a hack!! All the work he did on me had to be redone or teeth pulled. Bridge 2 years old porcelain cracked. Have to have 2 root canals on both sides of the bridge. Root canal upper tooth cracked crown over top. Thousands of dollars every tooth he fixed needed to be redone. Everything was good until insurance renewed in January. I do not recommend!!! read more

Upon arriving tony appt., I was very impress with the smoked glass door, stepped inside and "wow" what a very nice looking office. Staff were friendly, orange and gray decor, cute kids area. Decent dentist, I wouldn't say this office provides you with any ultimate experience however. As a new customer you may be blown away by the nice looks and pleasantness of the receptionist but more often than not it is a show put on by many. The dentist himself spends minimal time with you and seems to always be requesting expensive procedures. I received a call today regarding an appointment l had forgotten about and called to let them know I had a flat tire and could be there within some time and the receptionist presented herself to have an attitude when speaking to me and went straight to how I would be feed. Numerous experiences with seemingly unenthusiastic receptionist who don't seem to enjoy their job take away from the nostalgia of the first few visits. Starting to get tired of it all. read more

Wonderful service and quality care. 1 problem tho, whoever is answering the phones and scheduling appointments is VERY rude. I'm not sure if costumer service was a requirement for her position but WOWIEEE..... She answers the phone with an ATTITUDE. It makes me question my tone, "was I rude? What could I have done to offend her???". I had an appointment that was scheduled wrong and she had called me with some kind of vengeance and would not take my apologies for answers. She could have easily asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment but she persisted. This was not the first time I had received this service and I sure believe it won't be the last. Good luck to her and her endeavors! My hygienist was AMAZING. She was very nice and very thorough! I've never had a real issue with dentists, but Dr. Donn has been the best I've come by so far. Reasonable pricing, very knowledgable, and good atmosphere. The early hours (I'm talking 5am) really help because I don't have to miss any time at work for an appointment. Details about my visits: I had a root canal retreated after it failed after 5 years. It didn't work out so Dr. Donn pulled the tooth 2 weeks later. But it was surprisingly an easy process and it was done strategically so I didn't throw money out the window. read more

I have genetically weak teeth and I am terrified of dental procedures. Dr Donn and his staff are always friendly, reassuring and make sure I am comfortable and pain free throughout my time there. My son has also been going to Dr Donn since he was quite young and he has absolutely no fear of going to the dentist despite needing an extraction. His dental health has improved greatly since we switched him to Dr Donn's office. I am new to the area and needed a new dentist so I decided to try Dr. Donn. I'm only giving this practice 1 star because I can't give anything lower and the office was clean. I felt like I was in a used car dealership, and the dentist was the salesman. I was told that I needed to get several root canals as "preventative care". When I mentioned that I visit the dentist regularly (every 6 months) and hadn't had any problems lately or at my last visit, his response was that I should have them done so I "don't need to get work done down the road". Of course if I get it done now I won't need to get it done later. They were pretty pushy about it and didn't seem happy when I wanted to get a second opinion. They do need to pay for the gift bag they give you somehow.... Needless to say I will not be back and am looking for a new dentist again. read more

Damaged my teeth! I came in just for routine check up. no pain whatsoever. was told I had shallow cavity which needs filling. My teeth still hurts weeks after the filling! After multiple trips and hours of waiting, teeth still hurts! cannot use that side to eat! Btw, Every time I come here, it's at least 40 - 60 minutes wait even for a 5 minutes check up. read more

First timer in here. Never would go back again! Hygienist was like the grim reaper. Her attitude was cold and rude. That alone would send me somewhere else. Found a slew of things they think I SHOULD get done but not right now, of course...The other girls at the front keep calling you back to "get that extra work you need done!" I have never once had my dentist office call me to get work done and to follow up with them. Oh, one more thing, they wanted to make me get 4,000 dollars worth of work done! Thee best Dentist ever !!! Did such beautiful cosmetic and oral dentistry on my husband. My husband is Dental phobic to the worst degree. Never had one bad experience with Dr Donn ever. They are nice and seemingly good at first... But they work so quickly that they often make egregious mistakes - hurting you, ruining a crown fitting, setting, and then complain when you need an adjustment. Dr. Donn has rotten teeth/ dentures that reek from feet away and he spends about 2 minutes on each patient. They care about maximizing their profits and keeping the schedule so tight that there is no room to be 5 minutes late. One time I was stuck in traffic and called to let them know I would be 15 min late. When I got there 15 min later, they told me it was too late. Terrible service. If you have any issues they will be met with indifference and attitude. Would definitely not recommend. read more

We went to Dr. Donn after our other dentist's service was degrading, too expensive and too many issues. We went to Dr. Donn and had a good first impression but the longer we were there, the more that used car sales feeling others mention crept in, out of the frying pan and into the fire. I was told I need a new crown for one that was only 1 year old. All three of my kids had issues with fillings and had to go back multiple times or had pain following the work-even in a tooth that was fine before.... told it will get better. Less than a 30% success rate on fillings, never experienced that before. He is the KING of CROWNS.... my wife was waiting in the office and EVERYONE checking out was asked when they want to schedule that crown or crowns! The staff pushes hard on scheduling these services and swear they get a sales commission. The guy spends no more than one minute with you while an office of hygienists and assistants do 99% of the work, not even sure that is not a legal or insurance fraud issue... you are paying for to see a dentist. He shows up at 5:30 am, runs from room to room with minimal time between and lets his minions do the rest. This guy must be a millionaire and then some.... not interested in making this Beverly Hills wannabe, overworking, unnecessary drilling and crowning, money grabber any richer. Don't understand why so many people are impressed with him. Looking for another dentist that provides better personal service instead of blankets and goodie bags. read more
