The oral surgeon at Cross Keys screwed my daughters mouth up. Their billing department is lazy and rude. Refused to speak to insurance about my daughters dental work (it's their job) so it ended up costing me money. I wasn't able to do it because of my divorce from her father. IF YOU NEED CAPS FIND SOMEONE ELSE! I waited 10+ years to cap my 4 top front teeth, but broke down in 2010 because I liked Dr J. We'd been going there a few years for fillings. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! My new caps were slightly bucked. I've never had bucked teeth in my life! Dr J wasn't understanding what I was saying. I also showed him photos of my teeth to compare, he claimed they were the same. I couldn't close my mouth right, I couldn't even bite a piece of skin off of my finger. These were not my front teeth! He humored me and made a mold to see what was wrong. My hub switched jobs, we lost our dental insurance CROSS KEYS FAMILY DENTAL would make appointments for me for follow up after the molds; I would check in, they'd ask for my insurance and cancel my appointment when they had already been paid for the caps! What's interesting is that he had a dental assistant that had the same 4 caps done right after me. She stopped working there soon after. Needless to say, it is now 2016, it has thrown my whole jaw off. Since they are 4 top, front caps, they have also thrown my sinuses off. I can barely breathe thru my nose. I wish I had insurance to get them fixed, or if they would fall off so that someone else can reset them straight, then they need to be shaved down because they're too long. I hate to smile, he screwed up the quality of my life! I wish I would have gotten an attorney to sue. I'm not sure if I can still do that. I just want my mouth to work right. Going to buy insurance out of pocket this year and go to the new high tech place ismile. the oral surgeon heard they're good and they have the latest high tech machines.

I've been to this office three times, and unfortunately, every single visit has been a negative…read moreexperience. Each time, I scheduled and received confirmation by both email and text for my appointment. However, when I arrived, I was made to sit in an overcrowded waiting room, only to be told that my insurance had not been verified. This happened two times, despite being assured after a prior visit that it would not happen again. This level of disorganization shows a clear lack of respect for patients' time. If appointments are being confirmed, insurance verification should already be completed not handled after patients arrive and wait. I will say the dental hygienist Lexi was great professional and kind, and the girls behind the counter which I appreciated. However, Dr. Cohen's demeanor and mannerisms came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Based on repeated issues with scheduling, confirmation, and poor professionalism, I would not recommend this office. Lexi and the girls behind the counter were kind and professional. That's the only reason I went back.

I'd put it right up there with someone scratching their nails down a chalkboard (insert *chills*). Well, fear no more and enter The Dental Associates at Pitman. I love everything about this place! The front office staff is warm, friendly and always greets me with a smile. The dental hygienists and dentists are wonderful! Doesn't really matter who you get because they're all caring, experienced professionals with impressive credentials to boot, but I've got to shout out to my hygienist Cathy. She is personable, thorough and very gentle to the touch. I've also had the pleasure of meeting and consulting with two of four dentists on staff, Dr. Choi and Dr. MacFeeters. Both further exemplify the many qualities I look for in an exceptional dentist and dental office. The facility itself it also quite nice. It's clean with adequate waiting space, their equipment is state-of-the-art and they use cutting edge techniques to ensure you're getting the best care and treatment possible. They also accept a variety of insurance plans. Here's a comprehensive list: http://www.dentalassociatesatpitman.com/insurance/ I highly recommend The Dental Associates at Pitman for all of your dental needs. This office is truly Five Stars all the way!

It is almost an hour away though. :( I got an appointment for my son within a week. They have night time hours. The office just smelled so clean that's a big one for me. I love the smell of clean. It's well kept inside as well. If you live near this dentist, I would advise you go here! They are compassionate and they make you feel heard. My son on the other hand he may not feel the same way lol since he was the one being treated. But he was smiling and just felt right in place before the procedure. It's like a homey feeling here. :) Honestly been a long time since I went to a dentist and the whole experience was good.

We were told our daughter might have a tongue and/or lip tie, at the hospital, at her pediatrician's office, and then by our lactation consultant. We were hopeful to be able to resolve it, but also a little nervous about the procedure. Dr. Bickel went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable, explaining everything, answering our questions, and just being a truly personable and approachable practitioner. That goes a long way, especially when it comes to people working with our child! We plan to return for the procedure, and were delighted to see all of the positive reviews here. I will be sure to update my review if it is anything less that 5 stars, but we have confidence in Dr. Bickel and her team!
