It's been a Month and I can't get answers from anyone. if you're looking to get a person to help you or talk to go anywhere but here. Next step is my Lawyer will be paying them a visit. I can never get anyone to answer the phone. Covid is thing of the past and they still want to use it as an excuse so they don't have to actually work. I would never recommend US Bank in Morehead Ky to anyone ever. A 1 star review is too much of a "good" review too.

However, in the last year or two, this particular location has changed; the wait is longer if you use the drive through, the representatives are much less friendly and sometimes it seems to bother them when they have to provide answers or info. I can also never get an answer if I call, or if I do, I am told to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I'm contemplating taking my business elsewhere, and I'll probably stop using this location altogether.

Do not use this bank my fiancé recently opened an account with them to have a back closer to home…read moreand we have had nothing but issues first the app never works then we deposited a 1500 dollar check from his work and they put a 7 day hold on it refuse to release any of the funds at all not even partially so when we call to speak with the branch manager they never answer you so we are going to be late on our house payment because we can't access our money because they just keep telling us it's in limbo there is nothing we can do we can't even pull it back out to take it to our other bank why would you do business like this it's ridiculous
