It's been a Month and I can't get answers from anyone. if you're looking to get a person to help you or talk to go anywhere but here. Next step is my Lawyer will be paying them a visit. I can never get anyone to answer the phone. Covid is thing of the past and they still want to use it as an excuse so they don't have to actually work. I would never recommend US Bank in Morehead Ky to anyone ever. A 1 star review is too much of a "good" review too.

However, in the last year or two, this particular location has changed; the wait is longer if you use the drive through, the representatives are much less friendly and sometimes it seems to bother them when they have to provide answers or info. I can also never get an answer if I call, or if I do, I am told to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I'm contemplating taking my business elsewhere, and I'll probably stop using this location altogether.

They really make you feel like part of their family. My account got hacked into and was cleaned out.plus I was left $500.00 in overdraft. I was in panic mode and didn't know what to do. I went to the bank and talked to Alicia. She immediately went to work like it was her money that had been stolen. Two days later I went back and I was so shocked. She had got all my money back to me plus a refund for $300.00 of overdraft fees. Then she offered to educate me on programs on money management and ways to keep from getting hacked again. All this was done by a super friendly person who with a reassuring smile who said could happen to anyone. What banks do this?!!!! Every person I have met at this bank are so nice and helpful. When they are talking to you they never hurry. They have always treated me like I was their only customer. I feel like they all are my friends. I LOVE THIS BANK!!!
