She answered all my questions before she started any work. The Dental Assistant performed in the same way, working to remove any worries or concerns. Great Teamwork! Conroe Family Dentistry has latest new and high-tech equipment to provide the highest quality of treatment. Upper and Lower teeth were scanned using AI, so they could recreate the proper bite fit. The fitting scans were entered into a high-tech Milling machine that then went about cutting, sizing and aligning a new crown. The entire process from sitting down in the chair and out the door with a perfectly fitted and installed crown was less than 90 minutes. I was referred to Conroe Family Dentistry by a family member. I have now moved from a Dental Care Center and Dentist with a 30-year relationship to Conroe Family Dentistry. My son was referred to their Orthodontist and we decided to go with a second opinion. They refused to provide us with digital copy and provided a blurry hard copy of his X-rays. After consultation with Orthodontist at another location we were given a referral letter to remove 4 molars for him. I requested a estimate of the cost of the 4 molars to be extracted from Signature Smiles and it was over $1,200, so I decided to go to another office where the cost was $241.00 well below Signature SmIles. I figure they are over pricing me since we didn't go to their in house Orthodontist. I decided to change dental office in fear of retaliation. The new office asked for x-rays to include full mouth series since my insurance was charged for that at Signature Smiles. Signature Smiles then printed and scanned x-rays to my e-mail. I requested digital copies since the once they provided are not serviceable for a proper examination. They stated that they were not even though on the top right corner it reads "Printed from "FRONTDESK02" by Fontdesk" which they refused to acknowledge. I called them and they e-mailed me the scanned copies again and not the digital copy they stated that's the way their system provides copies. Our new dental office stated those scanned copies will not work for proper diagnostic for each family member. I even called MetLife Dental insurance and they confirmed charges for x-rays for each family member and panos. I called Signature Smiles with my dental insurance representative and they send me scanned copies of the x-rays from their printer again. They have refused to provide me with digital copy which to me this is petty and unprofessional.

When I explained that my appointment was for an emergency, he insisted that it was for an extraction and didn't seem interested in listening or discussing the situation. I felt dismissed and that my concerns didn't matter. My impression is that this office cares more about doing business than providing quality patient care. Because of this experience, I would never recommend Serenity Dental to anyone, not even my own family. I would encourage others to choose a dental office with better customer service, better communication, and a higher standard of care. I hope the Magnolia location takes steps to improve its service, starting with better staff training and treating patients with more respect and understanding.

He doesn't try to charge for unnecessary things. If he sees something on an X-ray, he will say let's watch that vs other dentist that want to fill right away to get more billings. He really helped me out when my gums had a strange flare up after I had Covid. He did some research and then called a prescription for a rinse and it really cleared it up. My daughter is in college now and she drives all the way from College Station to continue to see him. Overall super great dentist and you hardly ever wait for your appointment.
