Food service aims to please the most finicky resident(s). The Victory Bistro staff and operation is outstanding (the chocolate cookies are to die for). The monthly brunches, monthly birthday celebrations, weekly Happy Hours are always well planned and outstanding. Not only in food and service excellent but decorations by the Activities Group are over the top in creativity. We have free transportation to appointments, shopping and even to visit nearby relatives. The Housekeeping and Facilities staff do their upmost to insure our comfort at all times. Our 24/7 receptionists are extremely pleasant and always helpful. We are blessed to live in such a place. I wish I had moved here sooner.

Accepting larger dogs was the original reason for my visit and they were very accommodating. Unfortunately when I returned, the apartment had been leased. They're a hot commodity it seems. Jenna was a pro and made the process easy to understand and both her and Erika were very welcoming and inviting. Had I not found other accommodations, I would have leased here when they hit me up via their waitlist option. 10/10 would recommend their leasing process and staff.

Last time I lived at Westdale I had a remodeled apartment. There was no remodeled available. So I had to move into a original apartment. I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Apartment # 123 . This apartment should get 0 stars. It was absolutely horrible!!! The worst apartment I have ever been in. When we moved in the apartment it stunk so bad. Just smelled old. Everything was outdated. Sinks were yellow and had cigarette marks in them. There was no lights except for in the bathrooms and 1 in the kitchen. So there was no lights in living room or bedrooms. It got very dark at night. My closet door kept falling apart and falling on our bed. 1 of the burners didn't work on stove top. The handle on the stove fell off when I tried to take something out of the oven. We had a HUGE PROBLEM WITH ANTS!!!!! THEY WOULD CRAWL ON US WHILE WE SLEPT. Ants all over my daughters bed and our bed. And no we do not eat in our bedrooms. No food allowed in bedrooms. I bought traps and ant spray. They still came full force. Pantry full of ants. I found a roach crawling on my ceiling. Gross. Our fridge kept going out . Had to have a electrician put a new electrical panel in because other 1 was very old it was the original. And it fried, sparks we're coming out. The guy upstairs would jump up and down constantly and stomp . He would do it all the time sometimes for over a hour. All my bottles in my kitchen would shake. I would never stay in this apartment again. Ever!! I hated every minute of it. For the property. There was constantly homeless people & tweakers going through the dumpsters. Throwing bottles out and different items out. There was 1 old man that lived here he would walk around parking lot with his 2 little dogs. He would let them poop on the ground. I almost stepped in it once because there was poop in my parking spot. When it was raining the walkways would be completely flooded out. When we first moved in there was also a huge water leak . It was in the middle of the walkway. So every time you went to parking lot you would have to jump over it and sometimes I wouldn't make it and water would get my feet soaking wet. The office said that they scheduled a plumber and we had to wait for them to come out to fix. My man went to work early in the morning and saw one of our neighbors cars was broken into. The car was on blocks and all the windows were busted out. So why did I give Westdale 2 stars. For 1 you can't beat the location! You are right next to everything. Costco, the mall , Dave & Buster's & Trader Joe's . Location is perfect. 2 because all of the employees here . Everybody that works here is amazing. Seriously!! Jenna & Ericka in the office do a wonderful job . They are always quick to fix a problem. And both ladies are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance man & the groundskeeper are both very nice as well. Maintenance man Steven always has a good attitude . The Groundskeeper always kept the laundry room clean . My overall thoughts on Westdale Apartments. I feel they charge way too much for what you get. We we're paying $2079 a month for a nasty , smelly , dark , ant infested non remodeled apartment. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

They will have security patrol from 5 pm to the next morning . Two offices are located at the front gate as soon as you enter . The condo has nice windows, room and a big kitchen . There are a meeting room and pole table upstairs and a swimming pool in the back of the office . The rent is more on the expensive side but they provide year round bugs service and security patrol at night . We have not lived here yet . I like what we see on the tour .

We have a dog and as in most departments we did have to put down a deposit but there is no extra fees. I walk my dog around the apartment complex she's just a small dog and have gotten to know a lot of the workers and landscapers everyone is very friendly and says hello when I walk by other dog owners are friendly with each other it's just a really nice place to live. I think we only had to use emergency maintenance one time, and I was able to get one of the maintenance guys right away and of course he did do some over the phone questions before he came. which I think is very reasonable why should he run out when it's not an emergency or a big problem; but once he knew that it was something that needed to be addressed he was at the apartment right away.

My one bedroom apartment has a cozy yet spacious floorplan. 840 sq ft. is a good size. They don't make apartments like that any longer. It has everything I would ever need! It's extremely quiet, peaceful and most importantly, I feel safe.

Truly a gem in Modesto!! Highly recommended. My only con: some units are outdated as far as cabinetry and flooring - but don't let that deter you from Oakbrook - many units have been upgraded and are stunning. I bet it still will leak. every year we inundated by ants. we had to plead with them to spray. had to threaten that we'd get our own service. had to force them that when they entered the prop to leave a note. they give you the bare minimum notice. they have no problem charging you for every little thing when you leave. when we moved in we had dirty cabinets, messed up drawers, broken shower handle, plugged toilets. yes they fixed some of those issues. we found leftover dishes from the previous tenants. I bet they were charged for cleaning that didn't happen. we tried for 10 days to give our notice of leaving but it wasn't on the proper form. so we got charged for extra days. we got sent charges for cleaning when people were still working there. how can you know the total or are they just charging us extra no matter what. 2 years ago they painted the outside of the building. the painters used my backyard as their hub. cleaning their brushes & buckets on my ground. using my backyard as a toilet, pisding & leaving toilet paper. I had items stolen out my backyard from the painters. Hahn triplexes did nothing. I had to threaten to throw everything on the street. they weren't even on my building anymore. dealing with the management was really frustrating. I rented the community room one time and lost my reservation. oh I got my money eventually. but nothing like having 35 people coming for your granddaughters baby shower and find out the place you reserved , forgot about you. I have nothing good to say about Hahn triplexes except for location.
