From the get go the office manager was helpful, friendly and attentive to my questions or concerns. If I called it was answered, if I did leave a message I got a call back the same day. When I emailed it was the same immediate response. She kept in contact with me about when the unit would be available, was flexible with my schedule and I got into my new home 4 days before I thought I would! While walking to my unit for the walk through she introduced me to the maintenance guy, who seemed friendly as well. My unit was clean, smelled clean and looked very well kept. There was a new fridge, new oven and the tan carpets were stain free. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience, I would definitely recommended these apartments to my friends and family!

I had to get rid of almost everything to make sure I didn't take any bugs with me the maintenance people even have mentioned they have had issues in there apartments since some live in the complex it's gross you can't keep ANYTHING OUT or you will have these bugs in your things it's terrible. Villas do a better job this people shouldn't have to buy or be there own pest control is unsanitary and unlivable on top having to spend money to try and get rid of this is insane since these were a problem prior to me moving in. My children and I have been welcomed by neighbors with a friendly smile and always followed by, if you need anything please don't hesitate to ask. Last summer, our on-site management team placed an herb garden next to our swimming pool area, which is very well taken care of. To keep the community close, we are allowed to go and pick herbs for cooking without having to run to the grocery store. You won't get this kind of hospitality from your average Property management. Here at Woodglen terrace they are anything but average ,they are constantly trying to upgrade our community to make it more family friendly with that nice executive look. We have all walks of life here and the diversity somehow brings us all closer together. This is the best working class complex in town.I have also had the pleasure of visiting there other properties that are currently being upgraded as well. Well it's hard at times to park 1 vehicle in front of your residence because other residents have 3 or more vehicles parked. When there is no where for residents to park they park there vehicle in front (not inside) of the garage which makes it hard for those of us that park in our garage to get in and out of the garage. There really should be a limit of vehicles allowed to park in the designated parking area. Kids who play outside yelling past 10 pm and leaving there food wrappers on the floor. Residents who sell vehicles so they constantly have different vehicles parked and potential buyers parked throughout the area. No speed limit posted so residents drive extremely fast.

We had an issue with our water heater around Thanksgiving in our second year living there and they were VERY quick to send someone out and get the issue fixed. We had a similar experience with a broken down AC in the summer time and they had someone out to fix it the next day. The neighborhood is extremely nice, quite, and peaceful. We very much miss taking our dog on walks through the surrounding walking paths and parks. It can be a little hectic living next to an elementary school around 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM daily, but nothing crazy. The only two reasons I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 stars are - 1. If you live in the larger 3x2 townhouse (Type C) your living room/stair wall shares a wall with the laundry room / garage of your neighbors. We had neighbors who were notorious about slamming their very heavy garage door and it could be someone annoying / loud, but nothing outrageous. 2. We had a few issues with our deposit at the end of the lease, but after a discussion with the office staff were able to come to a mutually acceptable agreement. It was somewhat time consuming and required some extra legwork on our end, but again - the office staff was extremely helpful and seemed withhold any judgement through the process. Otherwise - Absolutely no other complaints about this place and if we ever end up living in Turlock again this would very largely be my first choice.

I think we only had to use emergency maintenance one time, and I was able to get one of the maintenance guys right away and of course he did do some over the phone questions before he came. which I think is very reasonable why should he run out when it's not an emergency or a big problem; but once he knew that it was something that needed to be addressed he was at the apartment right away.

Hayley and Bobby are always a pleasure to work with as they are incredibly friendly and quick to address any issues if they arise. My particular second-story unit is in fantastic condition. New carpet had been put in place when I moved in and everything was is in perfect working condition (appliances, faucets, flooring, etc). There was one issue with my microwave (the LCD display went out), but it was quickly addressed and entirely replaced. I really love the vaulted ceilings and I have plenty of storage throughout the apartment. My neighbors are all very respectful as well as quiet and I am fortunate enough to be in a location within the complex where I do not have to hear street noise. I have no complaints, but I do wish they had a web-based payment system versus having to turn in a check monthly. Obviously, not a big deal, but would be a nice option to have. I would highly recommend Crown Ridge to anyone who may be looking for a safe, quiet and friendly apartment complex in Modesto.
