I had been looking forward to this appointment all week, but in the chaos of planning bridal showers, the day completely slipped my mind. Thankfully, Leah at the front desk (who is always so kind and welcoming) gave me a call, and I rushed right over. The moment I walked in, Leah greeted me with her sweet smile and calming energy. That's when I met Atia, who would be my massage therapist--and wow, what a blessing. Atia is a true master of her craft. She immediately put me at ease with her kindness and patience after I arrived late, and once we began, I quickly realized I was in the hands of someone extraordinarily knowledgeable. She has such an intuitive understanding of the body; every movement was intentional, and the way she explained the areas of tension and why they were tight was both fascinating and comforting. Not only was the massage itself incredible, but she struck the perfect balance between conversation and quiet relaxation. That's not an easy thing to do, and Atia absolutely nailed it. By the end, I was so grateful that I gave her a big hug--I couldn't help it! Of course, the Woodhouse experience is about more than just the massage. The hospitality staff deserve their own spotlight. Leah is always attentive and patient with any questions I have, and Emily adds such a thoughtful touch in the relaxation lounge. On my very first visit she made me feel so cared for, and on this second visit, she even remembered my name--such a small detail, but it left a huge impression. She goes out of her way to make sure guests feel pampered, whether that's by bringing the perfect beverage or simply radiating warmth. I treated myself to a couples massage for my birthday and the only downside I had was trying to book appointment. I left a voicemail,texted,email called multiple times with no response. After a couple of weeks I got a text message from another number asking me when I wanted to book. Once I responded the messaged back couple of days later with a response, they definitely wasn't fast then it come to response. But other than that the service was very nice. Hands down the BEST spa in Savannah. The decor is impeccable and inviting. I had a myriad of much needed services such as the 110 minute massage, aromatherapy, scalp massage, reflexology and a bath. I visited the Woodhouse Spa in Savannah for a bachelorette party weekend. We had the VIP room booked from noon to four. This is where we could all hang out privately while we waited on our services. Lunch was provided in the VIP room and champagne and other drinks. We were checked on often and offered hot and cold neck pillows, and the staff was available to help us schedule the non-touch services which were included with the day. 04/2025. My therapist was amazing! The spa is beautiful and they have call buttons if you need their assistance. I thought that was an well added benefit. For my ladies that get warm quickly their robes are extra warm, made me sweat a little. I was offered a cold neck pillow and that helped me cool down some. They also offer warm neck pillows if that's your thing. The only issue I experienced was the cleanliness of the ladies restroom area. I shared it with a staff member and the quickly addressed it. We were their 1st arrivals, so my thoughts were maybe the closers missed it. read more

This is the best massage I have ever had in my life. I took the lady here for a couples massage. Danny was amazing and her massage therapist was great too. The ambiance of this spa is out of this world. The waiting room is very cute and they have mimosas and snacks while you fill out paperwork for your massage and while you wait for your massage therapist to come and get you. read more
