Four years this has been the premier shopping destination in Oklahoma in the Tulsa area. They have some of the best stores in the area. This includes the Lego store, Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillards, JCPenney, lots of specialty shops, and James Avery. It's clean well maintained and is centrally located in a nice area of Tulsa. They also have lots of good food options in and around the mall. We enjoy shopping here. I had a great time this weekend visiting. read more

I enjoy coming to this mall when I visit OK. This time a made a stop to Kawaii Klaws that's located inside the mall. It has nothing but claw machines. It was a very fun experience, but some of the claw machines cheats lol. For some items that the claw would grab they would drop out due to the claw shaking hard once the string gets to the top. Overall still a fun experience and we did win some items. My family and I tried to see who could win the most items. I also went to Lush cosmetics. It was full various products. There were things for you face, body, and perfumes. They also allow you to try their products and provided samples if needed. They staff was very nice and didn't mind me trying a lot of stuff as this was my first time. read more

This is a lively mall with most storefronts occupied. Stores range from middle of the road to upscale, including Coach, Apple, and others. Scheels, which provides entertainment along with sporting goods, toys, and household decor, is attached and anchors one end. The mall Includes a nice play area for children. read more

I'm going to make myself sound old, but malls aren't as good as they used to be. I feel like this mall has stepped up their game a little bit but still not as great as it was around the early 2000's. The food court though has stayed consistently good though through the years with several options to choose from. The bathrooms are not the best but I have been on way worse. The escalators are constantly broken so watch out for that. Basically it's a fun way to spend an afternoon but not a go-to for all of my shopping needs. read more

The heyday of shopping malls may have passed, but I am glad Woodland Hills Mall is doing well. It's really the only full functioning shopping mall left in Tulsa. I occasionally stop by to try on clothes to find the right fit before purchasing them online. For me, online shopping is more convenient and cheaper. For in-store shopping, I now prefer Tulsa Premium Outlet because of the open space. I like the food court at Woodland Hills Mall the most. read more

A pretty good selection of stores, but unfortunately, half of the small stores do not have enough room between the aisles for someone using a wheelchair or walker. The central upstairs bathroom was very unclean and had no soap available for washing hands. read more

i met a coworker and mentor at the mall food court last week to help with preparing birthday cards for the nonprofit with which we are each involved. and while the mall has so many stores and features that i find the challenge of describing the experience for a review hard, the visit included enough features of a typical mall experience for me to justify an attempt. first, the food court itself had plenty of open seating, including a long table that worked well for us to prepare birthday cards. also, while i did not find a food court specific wifi network, multiple nearby stores offered wifi, including a couple with no password needed. and later, after placing the shipping and return labels on the cards, we needed a pen, and so i'd went to one of the closest stores to the food court, bath and body works, a staple store for a mall, and asked to borrow a pen, to which the worker at a front regester politely obliged. then, after working for a bit, we concurred that though neither of us was especially hungry, both could eat, and so decided on auntie anne pretzel shop, which i'd say is the most staple mall store of all. from there, we each got a regular flavor lemonade and a lightly glazed, salted order of pretzel bites to share. and while the order was somewhat high, about 15 dollars total, the lemonade was so tasty and refreshing and the pretzel bites delicious enough, that the food made the price worth it, and gave me some comfort in paying for using the food court space. finally, i'll end with a small, though potentially helpful tip, that the west end doors, between the dillard and macy stores, is directly by the food court on the second level, and much closer than the doors through which i'd entered and exited the previous visit. read more

When I saw Rosati's, I got really excited because I am a Chicago native. They have Italian sausage and Italian beef sandwiches on the menu, but they don't sell them!!! All I can say is, wow, what a letdown. I also tried the Ok- Dog and Egg sandwich place. Service was lousy. The food was very bland and tasted like the grease was old. It's a lot easier to try clothes on at clothing stores in the mall as opposed to ordering them online and having to send them back if they do not fit properly. The seating areas and restrooms were also well-maintained and easily accessible. Food options at Woodland Hills Mall are satisfactory, although not particularly exceptional. While the selection is decent, it would be great to see more unique dining options to enhance the overall experience. On a happy note they are adding a Scheels sporting goods type store that's kind of like Bass Pro but this one has a giant Ferris wheel inside and will be opening fall of 2024. I want to say thank you to the Woodland Hills Mall Security team. My husband and I live in OKC, but were in Tulsa on Friday, December 5thfor a Christmas event. We had some time before dinner and decided to go to Woodland Hills mall. We noted where we parked and entered the mall. Spent several hours visiting the stores. When it came time for us to head to dinner it was after 5pm. Well, we noted where we entered, an outside entrance between Dillard's and Scheels. Headed outside and couldn't find our car. We walked up and down the parking rows in the area we knew we parked in. We then headed inside to see if there was another outside entrance between Dillard's and Scheels, but we couldn't, so we walked around downstairs and upstairs twice. Walked through the parking lot again. No luck. We looked for a you are here map for the mall as we felt if we could find all the outside entrances/exits we could find our car. Couldn't find a mall map. There seemed to be a touch screen option but couldn't get it to work unless we read the QR code. Not cool. Stopped at a Simon's table and asked the helpful person if there was another outside entrance between Scheel's and Dillard's. The one we had gone in and out of several times already she said was the only one she knew of. Anyway, we looked for mall security as I had seen them several times while shopping, but they seemed to have disappeared. I'm sure they didn't as the mall had gotten a bit more crowded. Found a security person at the Apple store. He was hired by Apple and not the mall but was able to get us to the mall office in the food court. Of course, the office was closed as it was maybe 5:45pm. We knocked on the class door, and several security members came from the back and talked to us. After explaining our predicament to them and asked if they had a map of the mall so we could hopefully find the right exit. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, a tall man in a gold/yellow shirt was very kind and helpful. He took my phone number and said he would have a parking security team member call me and help us look. Probably in less than 5 minutes Justin called and as we were in the noisy Food Court and not knowing our way around the mall, he came to us. Took the information on the car and approximate location. Told us to have a seat he'd go look. I'd say in less than 20 minutes he called and said he had found it. Once again food court noise and a misunderstanding on location on our part. He tracked us down inside the mall and took us to our car. BTW, it was on the upper level not the lower where we had been looking and looking. I just wanted to let you know that the team working on Friday, December 5, 2025, was so nice and kind to two people who I'm sure weret rying not to be stressed. I just want to let you know that Justin went above in patience and with a smile came to us when we couldn't understand due to the noise and didn't get the directions he gave us right. Please let them know that we are grateful for their understanding and kindness. If they're contract security, please lettheir company know they have some great guys working for them. read more

This has been a place that has been visited by myself for decades, and it has undergone a few changes over that time. The original brown tile and closed up ceiling was replace during a remodel sometime in the late 1990's. Since then, not much has changed except the stores. The Sears is gone and Scheels has replaced it. The record stores and arcades are long gone. A lot of the main staples still remain, JC Penny, Macy's, Dillards, Windsor, Forever 21, Footlocker, Build a Bear, and many others. It's still a great place to visit. They replaced a lot of the ceiling with glass roof, so there is a lot of light that comes in during the day. As a youngster this place seemed very large, now as an adult it seems tightly closed going through the halls, as they've added playgrounds, center kiosks, more center seating, and a small merry go round near Dillards. Seems management has definitely changed, as many stores that they denied entry a few decades ago are now positioned throughout the mall. There is even a tattoo shop near Scheels. It's still a great place to go shopping, in a time when indoor malls are falling by the wayside every year. read more

An above average mall with lots of nice touches like two-story open structure with plenty of stores, wide food court with a ChickfilA, and harder to find concepts like Lolli and Pops and Altar'd State. Me and my daughter finally went and well I have to say, I did find a few really great stores and if we happen to be in tulsa again we will definitly stop in. Ofcourse with everything available in rogers ar now, we don't need to make that drive, but I do wish a couple of those stores were here, and I looked it up and one will be here soon so just the one special store there that I for sure will return to. Best mall in Tulsa, definitely the place to go shopping at. It recently went through renovations and the results are pretty good! They have a new entrance with enough landscape outside and more space next to the food court. Not to mention plenty of Cowboy flare. I love all the bright orange! It has two levels and has major stores like Dillard's, JCPenneys, Macy's and Sears. Among the other stores here there's Aldo, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Build a bear, Cache, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Godiva and more recently Lush!! this is the more popular mall compared to promenade. just imagine a mall having most of the popular places along with a huge cafe, WHILE still adding on more to it in the future. this is exactly what this it, not in a bad way. one of the latest additons, texas de brazil, a huge franchise in texas (of course) that's like a self-serve steakhouse. you'd have to go there for it to make sense. go on an empty stomach. outside of that, i realized that even though the parking lot stays packed on holidays, the place doesn't seem out of control around that. i've been during black friday a couple of times & the mall stayed in tact. read more

Pre-holiday but parking was still available close to stores. Handicapped parking was not available and there didn't seem to be many allotted spaces (I may be wrong here ... memory!). Basic mall with little frou frou. It's the largest mall I've been to in Oklahoma with an OK range of stores. The Gap here is massive and the Apple store is always fun to play in. There are franchise boutiques such as Franchescas. There is a great Sephora here that'll impress as well. I usually park by Macy's. For some reason, I always have great luck finding a spot here and the entrance is central for all the spots I go to when I make a quick visit. The whole mall though is pretty easy to navigate and is kept clean. Mall walkers abound in the morning! In the summer months whenever I have a baby, you will probably see me join them. (Friends Note: I am not preggers right now!) I have never eaten at the food court, but I have visited the Starbucks on the lower level across from J Crew for some pep in my shopping step! read more

Woodland Hills Mall is like my second home. Woodland Hills has been going through some major renovations in the last couple years, and I think it can only get better. The anchor stores are JC Penny, Dillard's, Sears, and Macy's. Dillard's is the best of all of them. Of course, we have all the basic stores, Gap, American Eagle, J Crew, Apple, Forever21, etc. Big News: The Victoria Secret is expanding to a three store front and a lot of the old stores are getting a face lift. The food court was recently remodeled and has more seating and dining options. There is also a Starbucks downstairs that is always packed. In due time, this mall will look more updated and trendy, you just wait! Clearly, this is not the most high end mall, but then again, this is Tulsa, OK. If you want LV and Tiffany, drive 5 hours to Dallas! I can always find something I want at the mall, but sometimes I can't always find what I need. Luckily, Tulsa has other great shopping options all along 71st street and in Midtown. The best time to go is during sales. I never buy anything full price! Dillard's New Year's Day sale is my favorite day of the year. Micheal Kors recently opened, and has great sales. Gap always has markdowns. Yes, there are a lot of people, but this mall has plenty of seating and restrooms. There is also a play area for kids. Parking can be bad, but I always park at Sears or Dillard's and find a pretty close spot. Pros: Undoubtedly the best mall in Tulsa; unless Utica square counts as a mall? I like that this mall has a body shop (all the ones in my hometown closed). I love that there is a Dairy Queen and Orange Julius here. I have a nostalgic attachment to these restaurants as they are tied to my childhood. Cons: Just like any other mall anywhere; nothing special. Tulsa still doesn't have all my favorite stores (Urban outfitters, free people, Langford market, pitaya, etc.). So in the meanwhile, I do most of my shopping in Houston, TX or online. read more

Well Tulsa isn't known for shopping. Woodland Hills is the best mall in Tulsa but not the best shopping in Tulsa. There's stores that just go in and out of this mall and the same goes for the food court. I don't know any other mall that swaps the food court restaurants out so often. This is a decent place to get cheap clothing or basics or your run of the mill stores but you're not going to find designer brands or actual designer stores. As for the design of the mall, there's an easy layout and glass railings so it's easy to see all of the stores. I love when Mike's Nuts comes around the holidays, so good you must try! There's also a great Apple Store here, probably my favorite one. Basically just your average mall that kicks ass because there's not much competition around. Tip: if you want front row parking, park at Sears because no one goes there. read more

This is probably the largest indoor mall in Tulsa. It does have a big variety of shops and the only Apple Store in town. It doesn't matter what store I want, I will park at the wrong end of the mall and have to walk the entire first floor and then second floor. The food court is much bigger and has more variety than I remembered. It looked clean and had comfy seating areas. There were customers, all in the Apple Store! The whole enter the mall and who has the right of way can leave you sitting for awhile trying to get out. read more
