The famous Rochester Flower has popped up on their shirts that hang from the walls on the insides of the store, along with a few other designs and logos. They carry mens tanks, tees, and hoodies. They also have women's fit tees, and a few off the shoulder long sleeved shirts as well. Most of their apparel (tees) are $25 a pop, but they have a current deal where you can buy two tees for $40 (a ten dolla discount!). The owners of the store seem fun and quirky. For a small store, they have a beautiful selection of fabrics. I think pretty much anyone would be able to find something to their liking. As for the other bits and bobs needed for quilting, I was able to get almost everything I needed. This is my first quilting endeavor in a very long time, so I'm not going to fault Aurora for not having absolutely everything I needed. Someone who is already an experienced quilter would likely find their selection more than sufficient. As for the customer service, I have no complaints. It's unfortunate that some other reviewers had a bad time, though it appears the previous negative reviews are mostly from a time when the shop was under different ownership. The women at the register were very nice, seemed helpful if you had any questions. I'll definitely be going back.

I called stitchworks just to see if the job was even possible with this short of notice. The owner herself told me to get the jackets to her and she'll get them done. SHE TOOK THEM HOME THAT NIGHT AND HAD THEM BACK TO ME BY THE NEXT MORNING!!! I haven't experienced customer service like this in a very long time, she's genuine and she cares. She also did an INCREDIBLE job! I'll be a customer for life and will be recommending them to everyone, THANK YOU STITCHWORKS!!!!!

I have had Wendy at stitchworks do several jobs for my uniforms. She has done all my work shirts…read moreand hats and hoodies and every single time they have been more than perfect. I ran across her because another company in the city were so slow and getting the work done even though they did a fairly decent job it took forever. At least they did give me the file that I needed to give Wendy to be able to embroider my shirts. I guess I paid for that file anyway. I was just not happy with the slow job that they did every time I had something done. After I started working with Wendy I have not been disappointed one single solitary bit as a matter of fact the latest shirts that I brought to her that she said would be done the next week we're done that week. I was blown away. She has an amazing store and it appears to be that an awful lot of people in this town use her business for there embroidery. If you want something done quickly and you want it done right definitely go here you will not be disappointed.
