    $50 for a super interior my ass. These guys are lazy and rush the work. I shouldn't have to show them how to vacuum after the work is "done". Never coming back here again.

    Friendly employees, decent detail work for $40. They got some pretty tough old sap off of a black car with impressive results. Can't beat a hand dry.

    So had the car cleaned, and the wheels are still dirty. What gives?!

    Ignoring symptoms and not checking thoroughly in March caused big problem in July!!!!…read moreI was charged close to 200 dollars for a "diagnostic" conducted by mechanics (who make close to 200 bucks an hr for labor) and they found nothing wrong with my car in March but in 4 mos later my car becomes totally disabled due to the same complaints I made in March. The service manager Mark told me in March that he put my car with his "best mechanic" but despite this they could not explain the issues I was reporting so they took the 200 for the diagnostic, and proceeded to write me a 3000 + estimate that was all for acua services I would need for the year but nothing addressing the actual problem the car was actively happening and I had reported, several times. Because the problem was not identified and the symptoms happened intermittently, I continued to drive the car and complain until in July my cars symptoms became significantly worse and ultimately my car stopped working. I towed the car to Acura and this time I was told that it was my alternator and that apparently the spool valve assembly was leaking oil into the alternator " ( it would be 2400 to fix) for a long period of time" (now Mike reports this to me). My issue with that is if it's been leaking so heavily in July why wasn't it seen in March!? He said it had to be occurring a long while- I think I know what happened they took a Quick Look in March took my 200 bucks and made a wrong report because they just didn't look!!! Never going to them again! I then towed (at my expense) to a different garage and paid the mechanic considerably less.

I've had several fleet cars over the years...and most of them included very unpleasant interactions with less than happy salesman dealing with someone that doesn't provide a big commission. Well, that wasn't my experience today. Perry was absolutely wonderful and spent an extraordinary amount of time with me to go over all of the car's features and made sure everything was perfect and in working order. I went out of my way to thank him for being so nice, accommodating and helpful. If you're looking at purchasing a Volvo, go here and ask for Perry. Great guy (and a Beatles fan!).

It looked like a Christmas TREE. Brought it to SIM(who is wonderful) Sim said I think it has water damage. They offered no car to use. This happened on a Tuesday, and on that Friday, I finally got a little XC40 to use. No one in the service department answers the phone. You have to leave a message. We called, and my husband emailed Brian Coughlin, Mr. CEO, not a word. CRICKETS. So finally, after leaving 3 messages today, I received word that my car was coming home. I have my car now, finally, after over 2 weeks. I'm not sure what happened to it. Hopefully, it never happens again. They told me it was fixed, time will tell. Can you imagine being the CEO and not answering an email or phone call? The main concern is that I sold 3 other cars for them. My brother, my neighbor, and my neighbor's parents. I will never suggest anyone to shop at Hudson Valley Volvo again. EVER! Take a nice ride to Danbury or Albany, but please steer clear of this awful dealership. Again, it's HUDSON VALLEY VOLVO!
