When I got in my car after I tipped them, they found a $50 bill that fell out of my wallet and they placed it in the cup holder. This is my go-to local car wash bc for $25 they thoroughly clean the outside (wash, wax, undercarriage & coat) as well as the INSIDE (vacuum, wash mats, etc). Def a little chaotic if you arrive during busy hours, but if you can manage to visit here during midday while most are working you'll be in & out rather quickly. read more

I do not understand some of the one and two star reviews on here for Woodman auto wash. I go to this place a couple times a month and have been for the last couple of years. $25 for a wash and a thorough cleaning inside and out by the guys at the end of the line. They take their time but move quickly, they are thorough and respectful of my vehicle, and I always give them a nice tip because they deserve it. What a wonderful job, NOT! I got out of my car for the to do the interior. The Rear of the vehicle was extremely dirty and told the "end guys" that vacuum do windows etc the back was filthy I gather they didn't understand me. I only speak English. So I went back to the line and told the man that takes your money, he too did not understand very well, when I said the back of my vehicle was unacceptable he opened the back door!!! (first wash was the top wash they offer) he asked I wanted to go through again, and I stated only if I am "next" as I was there prior to the next 3 cars or if I wanted to come back tomorrow I live in Pawling not too close to my home. I went back through losing the wax I paid for, was now removed in the Cheap wash they put me through, half way through the wash Stopped and when it started up I was smacked fairly hard by the "soft clothes" they than half dried my car leaving water marks, (DOTS) on half the hood and my windshield (drivers side no less) Wish I could post the pictures.... read more

Terrible place and they don't care. My car was almost as dirty when it came out as when it went in. The 2 sleepy guys with brushes barely touched the car ahead of me and showed the same minimal effort on my car after they stopped looking at their phones, reluctantly. Guy who took the money didn't care when I showed him the result, saying my car was washed. My comment maybe washed but not clean and that was the point. He wouldn't return my money and shrugged away. Your car will look cleaner than it did going in but will still have bird poop and bug guts all over the outside AND crumbs and smudges on the interior. Total waste of money. Went for the $49.00 quick detail. It was okay at best. They did a terrible job cleaning the wheels and there were a lot of bugs left on the front of the car and on the sideview mirrors. I had to have them go back in and clean the inside of my moonroof, how that was missed I don't know. The air vents were all dirty, I had to clean them myself, and they left alot of dirt on the console. Overall I am dissatisfied, as I can see on many of the other reviews. So I went today to have my car washed, and all I can say is that pleased isn't even close to my reaction. There was a line- understandable. Totally fine, cool whatever. So I waited patiently and was happy to have my car washed. We get out of the wash and get to the part where you get out and the windshield is still covered in dead bugs. So I tell the guy. And from where I was standing it looked like they were taking care of it. So I'm waiting and waiting and waiting, so the guy then moved my car, to the other end of the lot - unnecessarily. So then I had to figure out how to get out of the lot- which was VERY annoying. Then the icing on the cake. The car is still dirty. The mats in the back were not on the floor but ON THE SEATS. DIRTY MATS ON MY SEATS. what is wrong with you guys?! The grill, still dirty. The wheels are dirty. There is dirt and lines of water that dripped down from the mirrors onto the door. The rear bumper and trunk lid look like hey haven't been washed at all. There are dead bugs ALL OVER the lights (which also weren't dried) and even bird excrement that wasn't washed away. I could go on, but I won't. I had to come home and clean it myself. I will NEVER go back. For what it costs, I assumed it would've been mildly clean, not hard for a car that's only two weeks old. Today 6/4 I had both the interior and exterior done for $106.00. The interior was done great. The manager called me over when the car was complete in his mind. Tipped him. Got home. Not thinking that an expert would not know if the car was not done. Now that I think about it he never walked around the car before he called me over to check it out. When I got home WOW The wheel wheels were fithly. The quarter panels were full of dirt ( still wet when I left did not see it) and the trunk rim was never CLEANED!!!!. The quality here has gone way down while the prices have gone up. I used to pay 60 for a detail that would Inckude a full wax on the exterior as well as proper detailing inside. I just paid the same price. They didn't wax the exterior. And the interior looks terrible. I will never return to this car wash. read more

Worst car wash ever! I asked the guys if they can focus on some mud i had on my white car. I even gave a tip. When the complete wash was over, the mud was still on the side of my car. The first time I went to check it out, the weekend guy tried to sell me on the highest, most expensive package. As I pulled into the wash it's was so distasteful and I watch the worker prep the car in front of me. I realize that he was prepping the car with just WATER NO SOAP!! That's insane!! So as I go Thur the wash I paid for a Hot Wax wash with triple foam polish I might as well have gotten a basic wash cause that what it looked like. I'm going to give it a 2 star review for now but will gladly change it if they change. I signed up for the unlimited platinum wash. The first time I went here it was only me and I was in and out quickly. The next three times I went, it was a long wait. At first I chalked it up to inexperience since the girl that was taking the money clearly didn't know what was going on or how to do anything. That's OK, everyone has to learn. But the next time I went I had the same problem. It seems that they wait for the car to go through the entire car wash and the outside crew to start drying it before they will even allow a second car into the car wash. I go to foam and wash regularly and I never have this problem. In fact, sometimes you get worried that if you don't put it in drive quick enough the car behind you will end up bumping into you. No worries here! The car in front of you is dried and on the road before you're even into the car wash. And the interior of the car wash looks the same today as it did when they opened which is not a good thing. All of the suspended cleaning towels are ripped and most are missing. When I go through, it does not clean any of the bugs off of my windshield. I've never had a car wash fail so miserably at washing a car. I'm going to ride out the month that I already paid for but if things don't change they will keep the two star rating. read more

For the price, $53 (a "super"- inside and outside wash), they do an ok job. But this is by no means a "detailing" establishment. There were numerous spots they missed in my interior that I could easily get with a wipe. But for a quick clean, it's convenient. If you need your car detailed, I would not recommend here. read more

I visited today and paid $39 for a "Super Interior" cleaning. The exterior wash (done by machine and man) was typical. Nothing extraordinary, and could get the same for $10-14 anywhere else. The interior cleaning was not exemplary. Although the windows were clean and the seats treated with Armor All (or something similar), they left lots of crumbs and dirt between the driver's seat and the console, and the rugs still had mud stains on them when they returned my car. Hardly "super". Very disappointed as I had to finish cleaning the car myself when I got home. I doubt I will return. read more

After a 12 hour drive with messy kids I took my car to this carwash and I must say they did an amazing job. The detail made me feel like my car was brand new again. My mom took my car to get detailed while I was at work today. When they told her the car was done, she came out to look at the car and right away noticed that the front bumper was not cleaned at all and was till covered with bugs. Next, she noticed that they had not touched the tires. When she asked them to clean the tires, they wiped with a dry cloth and said that the black stains do not come off (obviously) to which my mom asked him to use a cleaning solution/ spray (which he never did and the tires are still dirty). My mom looked in the trunk and saw that they had not even touched it! Again, she pointed this out to the cleaners. Inside the car, she noticed the 2 stains on the seats were still there and appeared as if they did not even attempt to clean them. After pointing all of these things out, they took the car back to clean it. The second time they said the car was done, they did clean the bumper and the stains inside the car, but the tires were still dirty. So as to 'appease' my mother, they grabbed some rags and began cleaning the tires (this time using a cleaning solution) and lo and behold the dirt was coming off! I haven't checked the trunk yet because I just don't even care anymore. I will get my car detailed at some other place where they can do a good job. The interior has stains everywhere from the cleaning solution. It looks like they didn't really care to clean the car. I paid $79 plus tax. The quality varies so you better get to know names and when they're on duty. The last time I was here (on a weekday) three men did the most thorough job imaginable. I went this time on a holiday and the same $28 VIP wash was a disaster. The outside looked worse than when I arrived with all the streaks, as if they were using filthy rags. Staff is very friendly and I am pleased with the service. Ricky does a great job. However when you get a super interior you have to spend at least 45 minutes there, that's not the issue. The issue is the waiting area outside is directly under the speaker blasting club music, which I find annoying in the first place. It's so loud you can't hear yourself think! On a early Sunday morning I just want to sit and drink my coffee, by the time you leave here you have to pop a pill to calm down! I have been going there for years but I will not be going anymore.
