I was genuinely impressed with Prestige Detailing and Carwash, not just by the quality of the service, but by the hospitality. It's clear that making customers feel comfortable and well taken care of truly matters here. It's rare these days to walk into a business where employees go out of their way to say hello and actually look like they're enjoying themselves while doing it. That kind of atmosphere doesn't happen by accident. Management is definitely doing something right. UPDATE!!! So Yusef wants to clarify facts, well, the only facts that reviewers need to know are, as of 1/19/2026, Healey Kia of Newburgh confirmed the damage was done by a "foriegn object" such as a tuck tool used for tucking wrap. The cost to repair is a lot more than I mentioned because the entire roof glass needs to be replaced. The damage was not there prior to prestige wrapping my car nor was it noted by the tech when he wrapped the car. Because Kia quoted the damage to be roughly $7000, Prestige will not repair it. Yusef continues to hide behind the "you signed off" nonsense which is unfortunate for me because it's legally binding. I am not looking for compensation in any way but I am going to scream from the rooftops this experience and make sure anyone looking to use this company knows what they are in for. While Yusef has the "gift of gab", that doesn't take away my right to review and speak my mind on the matter. Prestige car wash is a bad place to do business. read more

This shop did a horrible tinting job on my vehicle. I paid for XPEL XR Plus tints for all windows except the windshield. The job was rushed. My vehicle was at the shop all day and the tints weren't installed until the shop was near closing. There were air bubbles in the tints, white specks of dirt, and glue left in the tints. I came back a second time to have the tints fixed and was told they didn't have time to fix the tints that day after I was already told it was okay to stop by that day. I went back a third time and the tints STILL weren't installed correctly. I had to get the warranty department in Expel involved to file a complaint and took it to another shop that fixed the horrible job this shop did. I definitely would not recommend this shop for your vehicle's tinting needs. read more

I have been to this car wash many times always disappointed to be honest with you I feel as if the guys working there are just some randoms coming off the street.. They don't know what they're doing sometimes. I've been here twice since new ownership. They've done a great job each time, with attention to detail. They've added a completely new washing machine, which really gets the grime off the car, and it's noticeable. All other car wash services in the area including Woodman (which was up until Prestige, probably the best) use dirty rags which leave film on the windows. I've been very impressed with the new owners so far and they've won my business. They are young and appear to be motivated to make customers happy. read more

They do not appreciate their customers. They go from vehicle to vehicle scratching ur trucks up with dirty towels. They just throw ur mats back in your truck leaving water and scrapping up ur seats. You constantly have to go behind them wipe urs truck. When you bring up the problems they are very quick to say it wasn't them and u can forget about being sympathetic about ur damaged property. I got a demi-detail for my car and it was almost as good as a full detail at a fraction of the cost. An excellent job was done on the exterior and more importantly the interior. Every staff member was friendly and from what I could see very dedicated employees and spoke English. No loud DJ music to listen to like another nearby car wash. Very thankful for this car wash. First time coming here since new owners. Previous ownership did a good job. Anyways I paid to have a mini detail done at the price of 29.99 which was ok for me. I sat outside while the guy vacuumed the interior and cleaned windows and whatever else he did. What I didnt realize was he never opened the hatch on my suv to clean the rear of car. I opened my trunk today and it was untouched windows dirty on inside and carpet dirty. Smh. I don't know if I will go back here again.
