It took us way too long to learn our lesson with this company. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. One year and a few months later we are finally done trying to work with them. We met the owner today who informed me that calling several times is a problem because he is in the car while students are testing. I'm still not sure how you are supposed to reach them. We paid in advance "cash". My son scheduled 4 different driving lessons that no one showed up for and no one answered the phone when we tried to see if they were late or not coming. I took over on scheduling. The owner said he would text me when he got to the office. Never received text. Called the next day. Spoke with very nice lady who scheduled him for 3 weeks later and driving test to follow. I called to confirm appointment on the Friday before. She assured me someone would be there. No one ever came. Called multiple times until someone answered the phone. I lost my temper and said the s word. Not a proud moment. Again, I am sorry for the language. The owner said he would look into and call me back. He did not. I text him. No reply. Called several times, no answer. Drove my son to testing location anyways because we have rearranged our schedule too many times to schedule this on another day. My son turned 17 while doing this one year plus waiting and rescheduling game, he doesn't even have to have the completed course to my knowledge. They still would not test him and the owner said he didn't know where his employees were. He did however complete the proper paper work for him to take to the DMV. I have two more children that will NOT be using this company. I should have read the reviews before choosing!!!!! BTW my son said the first instructor that no longer works for company was amazing. We are still owed $50 for the driving lesson that was never received and the owner said to CALL the office and request a check. I recently saw a complaint filed to the BBB about a student still waiting for their refund "a check in the mail." I have noticed that they changed the policy to a pay as you go, which should prevent this from happening to someone else. read more
