All these good reviews, but, I see they're all old, so maybe this placed used to be good but not in my experience. I took my almost brand new car here back in the beginning of August 2022 after someone rear ended me that was not my fault (2021 IS 350 F Sport Lexus). I had spoke with my insurance company who suggested two different places, however, these particular places were not taking anyone due them being so swamped because of COVID and parts being on back order. So I send my car here. Mind you, this place kept my car for THREE MONTHS! I never got it back until November. I never complained to them because I knew everything was on back order. Fast forward to the end of June 2024. I noticed my paint is starting to chip (please see pics). If someone does a good paint job, there is no way it should be chipping within a year and 8 months! I kindly call up East Coast to let them know my paint is chipping and the lady has the nerve to tell they would likely not fix it for free because it was likely from debri. No ma'am it is not! She then said she had not been in the office the whole week because she was trying to retire and I could bring it in the following week sometime. First off, why are you trying to make me feel bad about you retiring for the faulty paint job you all did?!? So I brought it in on Tuesday July 2,2024 around 1130. No one is there. I call and the lady says the man is out going to get some supplies and should be back in an hour. I left returned at 1 pm. Still no one there. I left again. I came back to East Coast two more times and even by 230pm no one was there! I proceeded to call my insurance company who said they would reach out to her to see if she would get in contact with me to fix it and the lady has yet to call me. I even called the insurance company again today to clarify and see if they had reached out to her. They said they had, but again, she has not called me at all. I took my car to someone else and the guy working there actually pointed out other faulty things they had done that I never even noticed when I picked my car up in November 2022. Probably because I was just so happy to have it back after 3 months! See pics below! The paint on the back is running. The rear end on the side that was hit is not even lined up correctly! Smh. They had my car THREE MONTHS! And still did a crappy job! Now I got to pay out of pocket over 1000$ to get all of this fixed. I wouldn't go to them EVER AGAIN

    I came for a quote in the middle of June and was told to bring the car back on the 27th for paint,…read morescratch and dent repair. I was quoted a week for the work to be completed. On Monday morning I dropped the car off (only one person was there and he did not know that my car was scheduled for drop off and I had to walk around the lot to find him). No one contacted me for updates so on Thursday I stopped by to check on the progress and nothing had been done. Nothing. Also, the same guy was again the only one at the shop and said he wasn't sure what was going on because he wasn't the paint guy. I'm beyond disappointed. I was looking forward to a nice result based on earlier reviews.

Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

    My experience with Davenport Customs started poorly and ended horrible. My appointment, scheduled…read morefor 9am was not located in the system. I showed the receptionist and the technician my appointment message and was explained my car will be completed today. I handed the technician my key and Uber back to work. I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!
