I spent extra time removing absolutely everything from the my truck (that I only drive about once per week but because my broken foot is in a boot, I needed someone else to do it this time) to make it easy for them. He said you're welcome to go to a detail shop. Ummm, no, I specifically came to a FULL SERVICE car wash for the hand care. Even 1 employee got pissed when he heard what the manager told me. The floors are covered in dirt too. I've been to many many full service places and never ever has the truck been returned like this. It's like they didn't even do anything. I got it back exactly as I handed it to them. The outside was definitely better (different team).

The process is that you drive up to a sheltered area that houses the vacuums and then employees take it from there by driving your car through the car wash, and then wiping the car dry. The only downside to this establishment is its popularity. I arrived in a Friday around noon and waited a total of an hour. There were 10 cars in front of me forming two lines toward the vacuums. Then only one car at a time through the car wash. So this place is busy and you might have to invest time for a quality car wash.

I called ahead to see if they accept appointments, they do not. 2.) I brought my own oil and air filter for them to use on my oil change. Saved me around $35 off the cost of the service. Positives: 1.) Indoor and outdoor seating. I really appreciated the patio out back, it was cozy and spacious enough to not have to wear a mask and my kid could do her thing (never sit down or sit still). 2.) Clean, spa-like bathroom (I mean, who has clean and rolled wash clothes in lieu of paper towels). 3.) Coffee bar with a ton of options. 4.) They give you a complimentary car wash and if you don't use it that day, you can come back within 10 days to do so. 5.) The technician was extraordinarily polite. I had a few questions and he did a fine job answering them. 6.) They vacuumed the cesspool that is my backseat. Cesspool might be a bit dramatic, but I have a five year old...enough said.
