Great customer service! Have had several this engraved by jerry. He engraved the slide on my forearm for Mother's Day and he also engraved on two glass blocks for me. Wouldn't go any where else. Not only have I ordered wood items (cheese trays) to be engraved with special sayings and logos but also wine glasses. Last week he made the coolest thing for me. I bought a YETI mug and he did a special engraving for me - kind of a "reverse - acid" engraving. Don't know how he did it but the gift was a huge success! Jerry is an artist. I've purchased a custom made U.S. Army pen for him that my husband absolutely LOVED. He also created an awesome wood US Army wall hanging for a Soldiers retirement that was ooohed and aahhed over by all in attendance.
