I've been here twice and could not be happier with my piercing experience. It's clean, aesthetically beautiful and the staff are very nice. Patrick was the piercer both times I went. He is helpful if you have questions or want advice on piercing locations. He's willing to mark you up and move things around as you both collaborate on your piercing. At one point I had 3 appointments back to back with some relatives and we all got to pile in his back room and hang out while he worked. His technique is very clean and I saw zero red flags. Speaking of flags, he has always been nice, funny, professional and zero creepy vibes (I know plenty of women that prefer female piercers but this dude is a walking green flag). Will be back very soon!! 10/10 read more

I reached out by text to the number I had been corresponding with to see if they could fix the cups or refund for the 3 that were damaged with no response. I paid with Venmo so I requested $45 be paid back to me and that request was denied by Becca Oldham. (I'm assuming she is the owner) Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It's really unfortunate that people don't honor their work. I don't think I'm being unreasonable ...it's not like I'm asking for a full refund.
