When the going got tough from the appraisers and banks Linda Ficarra got lost. We had to reach out to our Real Estate Attorney for answers and pay her more money. So, unless you have connections with the banks and want to pay your attorney more and your okay with shelling out commission to an agency that didn't earn it, then maybe you should use them, but i think NOT!!!
