I found Joe through a search of local painters with positive reviews and felt comfortable with him doing the work as soon as I met him. He works alone and is very detailed in his work, but the time needed to get the work done well was definitely worth it. Even my very particular partner who is always critical of anyone else's work but his own, remarked that Joe's work was high quality (and that is the highest praise, trust me!) Because we are literally neighbors, Joe also offered me a neighbor discount on his already competitive rates.
