Have been here several times to pick up various gravel, mulch or paver products and have always had good service and gotten what I wanted. I have driven up with a pickup truck and dump trailer then stopped and talked to someone there who loaded what I wanted, after which I went in to pay and was on my way. I came in person to ask for a bid on rock , I showed the loader who also is a cashier the two types of rock we wanted and he gave us a quote we came the next day to purchase and there was a new loader who's female and she gave us an entirely different price we went to speak with the owner turns out the loader called as soon as she saw us walking to the front office she was already on the phone with the owner, the owner rudely told us that she wouldn't give us the price we were told yesterday by her worker and said if we wanted the rock that the higher price is what it was being sold as, she bought her worker out and he had the audacity to LIE about not giving us the price that he did we then showed him the picture of the rock he was showed and then said oh well that's the price it's at, and walked away he didn't even apologize for the misinformation I get not wanting to get in trouble with your boss but at least own up to your actions like an adult he nor the boss apologized, the other thing I don't like about this place is their sign that says they aren't responsible for any damage caused during loading again it shows the lack of responsibility they have. read more

I absolutely love this place. Living in Az, it's hard to find a place here with such beautiful landscaping that gives such creative ideas when you walk up. The staff and owners are so down to earth and love you and treat you so kind and you would think you've known them for years. It's hard to find such great friendly people who treat you respectfully and so kind. Wood stuff is definitely a great place to buy from. They know how to treat you, help you and give great ideas w/ the best price!!! I myself loved everything about this place and yes, I would drive a dump truck from many miles away to load up and i know that I will be treated like their #1 customer actually a family member because that's how loving they are.! read more

I'll keep this brief because I haven't even been to this place, but I doubt I will for a few reasons. 1. Their website is terrible. I don't know who their designer is, but that script font is ridiculous and hard to read, especially on a mobile device. 2. Nowhere on their website does it say what city they are in. I scoured the entire site, including their map and directions. No city mentioned. 3. So I called the business to find out where they were. When I pointed out that the website does not name the city they are in, the guy on the phone argued with me, and was actually rather rude. When I hung up I went back to the site to make sure I hadn't missed it somewhere. Nope. Not there. What ever happened to decent customer service? Or "the customer is always right"? I don't have a problem if you make a mistake or an oversight, but for the love of Pete, don't be a jerk about it if someone (who wanted to be your customer) politely points it out! I have been going to this store for years and have been very happy with there service and products. However recently I went to get a load of landscape rock and the loading person dumped the rocks into our truck bed. When I got home I noticed scratches all over the side of the bed of my truck that's only a year old. Come to find out they had dumped the rocks from too high and was not paying attention on the angle of the bucket of the loader. When I met with the owner she was very irritated that I would even say anything. She quickly pointed her finger to a sign saying that they were not responsible for any damage to customers vehicles. I asked her if she had insurance to cover this type of damage and she just laughed. Bottom line this business doesn't really care about there customers and what it takes to keep them coming. I'm stuck with 500.00 damage to my vehicle. They were at fault and they new it. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more
