From the moment you are personally created by Stevan and Desiree you will feel the comfort of this B and B. Accommodations, cleanliness, food, wine basically everything is 5 star. Nicer innkeepers you will never find. They have their hearts and souls invested in your happiness. Breakfast choices are something we have never seen before. And make sure you have dinner at least once during your stay! From the time you turn from the road into the driveway the views are stunning. We truly can't wait to return. We stayed in the cottage for a night after several days at a major local music festival. The cottage--neat as a pin--is also extremely, blessedly quiet. Wander the vineyard a bit, try to spot the hog, count the chickens, settle in on the secluded back porch with a beverage and watch the clouds roll past the mountains. At breakfast, demand the wine jam--don't leave without tasting it. It's expensive but in this case, good value. Note, this review is just for the cottage, not the rooms in the main house. read more

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. After reading several positive reviews on multiple sites, I was wondering if it would live up to the hype, and boy did it! Stefan and Desiree keep the place inside and outside looking amazing. The vineyard, the pool and house were gorgeous. It rained one of the evenings, so we sat on the covered porch which was so peaceful. We took a swim in the pool during the rain which was nice. Stefan's breakfast was delicious! He made dinner for us one night, with all the veggies coming from his garden, and I still drool just thinking about it. The chicken, veggies and cheesecake were magnificent. He even gave us a couple of treats to take home to our kids. We checked out a few wineries within 25 minutes of the place. Pippin Hill Winery was our favorite with great service and views. It was a short drive from the B&B. We went hiking one morning which was a short drive away. Plenty to do nearby and a relaxing place to come back to. Stefan & Desiree are very accommodating and run a wonderful place. We will definitely be back! read more

We just got back from a 3 night stay and I couldn't be happier. This place is fabulous. We stayed in the cottage which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and hospitable. We enjoyed everything, the privacy, the breakfasts, the heated pool, the refreshments, the sunsets and the animals. What a relaxing place to stay! This was our second visit to Woodville Bed and Breakfast, and our first was so enjoyable that we decided it was a good destination for our 25th Anniversary getaway. The inn is simply lovely, with well appointed rooms, a spacious layout, and beautiful grounds. The place is impeccably clean, the food is marvelous, and the inn keepers, Desiree and Stephan are incredibly talented, down to earth people. They grow many things on their own property, and source other ingredients locally. We highly recommend Woodville Bed and Breakfast. Our stay at Woodville Inn BnB was wonderful in EVERY respect. The property is gorgeous with sweeping, landscaped views in a country setting. The home has been lovingly restored and the modern amenities blend seamlessly with the historical aspects of the original house. The breakfasts were incredible with the eggs coming straight from their free-range chickens on the property and vegetables coming from their gardens or gardens of their close-by friends. Last, but certainly not least; Stefan, Desiree, and Willow (their dog) were the consummate hosts. We were made to feel more like family than guests. They took the time to get to know us and although we have stayed in Charlottesville many times, gave us suggestions of things to do that were off the beaten path.
